“We would go back”

The hotel was clean, very clean, convenient to central and old Krakow, close to shops and transport, spacious, airy, light and comfortable. The management was always helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the stay. The only negatives were that the kitchen might be a little better equipped, although it was easy to improvise with what was supplied. Also at the time there were tramway works in the nearby main ring-road as well as in the street behind the hotel. It was necessary to lug our luggage through these 2 construction sites or take a longer route through the park. My guess is that these works would be finished by June 2010 as there was considerable improvements made in our 6 day stay.

“Great value for my money !”

The location is unbeatable. My apartment was very spacious and comfortable.The manager/owner was extremely helpful and provided me with assistance in even my personal matters. My arrival was delayed until late night hours but he made me feel very welcome and helped me settle in quickly.It is not a five star hotel but meets standards which will lead to my return.

The self-catering apartment is located in a convenience area, only 15 minute walk from the main train station and a few minutes walk from the main attractions. The room is very comfortable, with all necessary cooking appliances and cutleries, felt like athome, very warm. The staff is very nice and helpful - she booked local tours for us with pick-up service just outside the apartment.

“Good accommodation in Krakow”

Cracowrent Apartments Good value self-catering apartments. Conveniently located for bus/train stations and central Krakow. Secure and well-equipped (apart from a corkscrew!). Proprietors very friendly and helpful. No lift - stairs could be a problem for the less-fit. We have used Cracowrent Apartments twice.

“Good location, Affordable prices”

I liked the location of this hostel. I appreciated that they had towels for us to use. The whole place is under video survailance for your safety, not that that would be my concern. It is really close to the main sqaure and there is tiny store right next to it for quick snack run. Also we were able to park on the street: free 6PM- 10AM. Then it's not bad to park by hour instead of paying 50 zlotys for parking lot per day. We were in appartment for 4 people and it was roomy. I don't have anything bad to say about this place at all. I'm glad I choose Cracowrent!

“One of the best apartments in Krakow”

We liked this apartment a lot! For a couple it is quite spacious and equipped with the basic amenities. The walls are rather thin though and the Internet connection was slow. Also, I would have loved to have a cup of tea or coffee in the morning but unfortunately you have to buy that before. Plus it's a bit disillusioning to find the glasses in the cupboard dirty, but maybe I'm just tooo picky, and anyway, such things really cannot ruin a good vacation! The owner was friendly and helpful and the location of the apartment is simply perfect! It is only minutes away from the city center and the train station and yet it is very quiet. All in all: we had a great time in Krakow, it's a lovely city, and with a little more attention to the details I would rate this apartment A+.

“Friendly, central and great value.”

It only takes a few minutes to get into the picturesque old town from the Cracowrent apartments. They are really well situated, even if the immediate surroundings are not exactly picturesque. The rooms are clean and adequately furnished, although more than one towel each for five nights would be nice! The owner and her son have a flat on site and are very very helpful for example with booking trips out, advice etc. The street outside can be noisy to the early hours if you have your windows open and are not out yourself of course, but it is a great and cheap place to stay to get in and out of the city easily - close to the railway station, too!

Basic, but comfortable room, with 3 single beds, kitchenette, tv, radio, toilet and shower. Good security, location excellent, 5 mins walk from main square, 10 mins from train station. Convenient little grocery shop, and off licence outside the property.

“Average Accommodation”

The staff are lovely, the room is clean and the location is brilliant. However, the electricity went off a few times and we'd therefore no hot water or light for spells. Also, the TV and kettle didn't work. This didn't bother us too much as we weren't in the room alot. Krakow itself is great...definitely recommend it!

“Not Impressed”

The owner was very pleasant, the location is excellent and the apartment provided enough space, however, some of the amenities where run down or broken. Light bulbs were burnt out. The TV volume didn't work. The towels were old. The carpet was worn. And it just wasn't CLEAN.
