“A brilliant place to stay”

Had a really enjoyable time staying at Crystal Suites. Excellent location - only about 5 mins walk from the main square and close to a tram line but a nice quiet location. There is a shop close by which is very handy for buying bread, milk, etc and some very nice restaurants. The room was lovely and well equipped. Bathroom was excellent and everything was very clean and in good working order throughout the apartment. Staff were friendly and on hand if you needed any help. Only problem we had was working out how to get in at first as there is no obvious sign that you are in the right place. Rang the reception and someone came straight away to help us out though.

“Simply perfect place to enjoy Krakow”

The Crystal Suites apartment was amazing. It was by far the best accomodation I have had while travelling, ever. I would encourage anyone seeking a prime location and complete privacy similar to you own home. The staff is wonderful and made every effort to ensure our comfort. The rooms were large, clean, and well furnished. We did not take advantage of the kitched beyond coffee but I would recommend stocking a few items for breakfast and the occasional snack. having a washing machine in the room was a life saver. I can think of only three improvements, the first would be a fan for the warmer nights. Second would be a clothes drying rack or line in the apartment (although a dryer is available downstairs if desired). Lastly, the pigeons on the window sill are quite loud, so some of the wire spines on the ledges would be helpful. These are very small and picky items. Overall the place was simply wonderful and I will stay there again. Krakow is my favorite city and I have now found my preferred accomodation while visiting.

“Perfect Accomodation”

As arranged with Chrystal Suites, we were met by the taxi driver as we came out of the airport, we had an interesting conversation with the driver and arrived at Chrystal Suites where we were welcomed by a very helpful young man at Reception. He showed us to our apartment which we found to be exceptional, he explained all the facilities in the apartment. Throughout the 5 days that we stayed the reception staff were available throughout the day and were most helpful and provided us with any information that we asked for. Our excursions were booked at reception, transport picking us up at and returning us to the apartments. We were more than impressed with the clean and modern apartment that had all the facilities that we required. The apartments were very secure with a night guard on duty after the staff left till they returned in the morning. The location was ideal depending on how fast we walked, between 5 and 10 minutes from the town centre, if necessary local transport was only 200 metres away. Our return taxi to the airport was organised by the staff and again we had a pleasant conversation withe the taxi driver.
