“Luxe, calme et volupté”
Un Relais&Chateau raffiné, discret et chaleureux. Service impeccable. Personnel très accueillant. Restauration de très bonne qualité.
“Highly Recomend”
What a great place. Location is perfect for visiting all the sights in Krakow. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very tasty, with a nice selection each morning. The pool was just wonderful, great way to relax after a day of sightseeing or a break in the afternoon. Can't say enough good things about the visit to this hotel.
“Very impressed”
Very impressed with this hotel. It has an excellent location, just at the foot of Wawel Castle, and only minutes from the Market Square. Room 203 looks down the old Kanonwicz Street with views of the castle. Rooms are spacious. All staff encountered during the stay were courteous and polite, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good. Personally I believe this to be one of the best hotel's in Krakow and I would certainly recommend it to others.
“Beautiful, atmospheric hotel”
We found this hotel just lovely to stay in & it's in a superb central yet quiet part of the old town. Our room, which looked out onto the street leading to Wawel castle - about 2 minutes walk away- was huge and simply yet tastefully decorated. The staff were warm & welcoming & when we returned at night the hall- way was always lit with candles. We can't wait to go back.
“Luxury under the Castle”
OK, my husband and I don't normally stay in hotels of this standard so I might be biased here but I thought it was just lovely. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was great (super coffee), the best was big and comfey - my only gripe was the room was a bit on the warm side. All in all, a room of this standard in the UK would have been double what we paid with undoubtedly surly staff.
“Copernicus”
Beautiful hotel with friendly English speaking staff.
“Truly Excellent”
Recently refurbished, the hotel is of the highest standard in terms of comfort and furnishing. The staff are attentive and very helpful, many speaking English very well. We had a wondeful time, and I would also recommend the hotel restaurant, but would ask all Polish restaurants to review their high prices for wine
“Loved it!”
This was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our 24-day trip in Europe! The location is awesome, the historic building is cool, and Krakow was our most favorite city in Poland! Great ice cream just around the corner.
“Extremely satisfied with Copernicus”
Staying at Hotel Copernicus made our first trip to Krakow very enjoyable. We were greeted by the hotel manager personally and showed to our room. All staff was very friendly and spoke great English, since we know little Polish. Front desk staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations where to eat and shop. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had tasteful medieval decor. The pool and ammenities were top notch...even got to check my email. Overall a superb hotel with a great staff. I would stay there again no question.
“great location, great atmosphere and service”
i was really impressed by this hotel. first time i've reviewed a hotel for what that's worth. also pool open 24 hours is a funny quirk.
