“Great Hotel in Krakow”

This is a very nice hotel. It is steps away from the castle and from the street that takes you to the main part of town. Check out the pool area and the rooftop terrace.

The location was fabulous, really close to all the sights, shopping and resturants. The service provided by the staff was very attentive and helpful. We called for baggage pickup and barely hung up the telephone and the bellman was at the door. They made dinner reservations, private car tours, and stored our luggage. Clean, nicely appointed.

The hotel was great, Staff could not have been nicer or more acommadating. Location is excellent. Rooms are very spacious. The rooftop garden is spectacular. Breakfast included, and service here too was great, I would definitely stay there again.
