Disgraceful Hotel and StaffPosted Aug 19, 2013
Cons: Hostility and abuse by staff including to a young child and lack of cleanliness etc. etc. etc.
Myself and my young daughter verbally abused by hotel staff, room not cleaned even once during five day stay, shower unuseable due to lack of cleanliness, paid for breakfast unavailable. Worst hotel ever stayed in during travelling for 39 years to all continents of the world. Not as advertised in any way, shape or form. Dsepicable hotel and staff.

Wonderful hotel fortuna bisPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
I loved the hotel. I stayed at the other one 2009 and loved that too. The service is very personal and well informed. Helped us with buses etc. places to visit and food in eve was delicious polish fare. Great balcony room compete with flowers and butterflies! Location perfect for walking to all centre and old town areas.

A nice traditional hotel at a good pricePosted Sep 15, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel is pleasant, quite close to the old town and the University. The WiFi was generally good.. The interior is like an MC Escher drawing, with split levels & corridors that turn back on themselves, presumably reflecting two buildings joined into one. I suspect this would make it unsuitable if you have limited mobility - but rather fun if you do not.

Really nice hotel. A little bit dated but not without a certain charm. Very friendly staff. Close to everything
