“Good value for money but watch out for wedding parties!”
We chose this hotel based on previous reviews, the price and also the location. My partner is from Krakow and normally we would stay with her family who live about a 20-25 minute tram/bus ride from the centre. This time it wasn't possible to stay there so the Santorini became the best choice as it was a 20 minute walk or a short cab ride to her family's place.
The hotel itself was pleasant enough but the rooms were a little small (with the world's smallest TV). Breakfast was also OK (cereal, rubbery eggs, bread, ham etc) but we merely used it as a place to stay. Based on that unless you are particularly familiar with Krakow it might be a bit difficult to get into town from there but the transport links were fine and the buses and trams were always on time.
A word of warning though. There was a local wedding party on saturday night and the Poles really like to party. I think it was still going at 4am so if you were on that side of the hotel then chances are it would have kept you awake.
