The hotel was comfortable and cleanPosted Nov 10, 2013
Pros: The staff, the room and the ambience
Cons: For the price it was all value for money
Location: The location would be the only downfall, but if you don't mind a half hour walk into town then it is not a problem. Taxis and busses are cheap
Overall the hotel was great value for money

Nice hotel with swimming poolPosted Nov 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel and staff were great. Our room was for a family of 4 and was big enough with very large shower room and sperate toilet. The tv only showed BBC news and CNN in English which got a bit boring for the kids. The hotel had a large pool which we had sole use of for the week. The hotel location lets it down as it is a good half hour walk to town. They do provide a free shuttle which worked well and bus stops outside the hotel. We had a good breakfast which had a good variety of food. On the whole a good hotel but just a bit far from town.

Very dissapointedPosted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: similar 4-star hotel The main difference compare to 3-star in Europe are the warm rooms and big covers
Cons: untrusted stuff
Location: if u don't have a car, don't stay here - dead place
Nobody (stuff or site) tells that the parking costs 10 euro per night !!! There a lot of free parking places around the hotel (this is not the city-center). Don't stay here!

beautiful and comfortablePosted Oct 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
I really enjoyed staying here. Since the moment I arrived everyone was very friendly. Check-in was very easy, and my room was even ready early. They even let me leave my luggage the day I checked out until I got back from a tour. It's very spacious and the bar and restaurant are beautiful. The only thing that wasn't so good for me is the distance to down town. They have a shuttle that runs to and from the city center twice a day for free, but the time didn't work so good for me. You can probably take a bus or tram, but I didn't stay long enough to figure out that system. I ended up using taxis and it was very reasonable. There was always some parked outside and we're only like 25zl one way. Krakow is an amazing city. Definitely a gem of Europe!

A very satisfied guestPosted Sep 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
I found the staff in the restaurant to be exceptionally friendly, it made my time during dinner very pleasant and comfortable. The room is decorated in warm colours giving a relaxing atmosphere. The lighting in the room was perfect. The mini bar had a variety of drinks. The bathroom was A+ clean. I have talked about my stay to all my friends and have recommended the hotel. It's affordable and yet very modern. Oh and the room service is another thing to praise. Well done to all staff.

Great hotel and facilities at a good pricePosted Sep 15, 2013
All the hotel facilities here are of a high standard and is what you would expect from a very good chain hotel. Only slight downside is that it is a 30-40 minute walk to the main square, but there is a bus stop out the front of the hotel and the buses are frequent and the hotel offers a free shuttle service twice a day too.

Best HotelPosted Sep 11, 2013
Cons: The water temperature in the pool could be a little warmer.
Location: The location is a little way from the center of town witch makes it a lot quieter. There are a lot of excursions.
I would recommend this hotel to my best friends without thinking twice about it the hotel is very clean the rooms and showers are fantastic the personal are very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant is great this should be a 5 star hotel.

comfortable hotel but a bit far away from cityPosted Sep 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is very nice, extremely clean and comfortable. There is a nice pool and sauna area and the staff members at reception were very helpful and gave us a great guide and map when we arrived. However, it is quite a distance from the city centre and while I was aware of this prior to booking, I'm not sure I would stay here again for this reason. There is a free shuttle bus to the city twice a day and this was an excellent service, although it would be great if there was maybe one more daily trip. The hotel itself is very overpriced for breakfast aswell. We ate there the first day and it was more expensive than any of our evening meals in the city centre! all in all, this is a good hotel for a relaxing break, but maybe not for avid sightseers.
