Excellent position for the Old town and Jewish Quarter. Very friendly and efficient reception staff. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Road was a little noisy but ear plugs provided. Clean to a high standard.

Lovely hotel for a trip to Krakow. Great location between the old town and Jewish Quarter. Room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful, providing everything we asked for.

My room was spacious & comfortable with a great view of a small park. It was easy to walk to Old Town & the Jewish Quarter. The hotel breakfast was excellent & the staff friendly, efficient, courteous. The Amaryllis was excellent in every aspect! Thank you for a superb experience in Krakow!

A fabulous stay at the Queen Boutique Hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and amazing breakfast buffet each morning. Within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions and close to teams stops for when you have done too much walking.

Hotel was first class, exelent choice with breakfast and was really good quality, staff we all superer friendly and could not do enought to help you, Only small issue do not serve larger on the pump and did not like the bottled beer. But iver all would not hesditste in returning, hotel is well placed between jewish quater and new square.

Great location
Lovely hotel , good position between the Old Town and Jewish district both around a 10-15 minute walk . Stylish ground floor lounge but unfortunately no bar to enjoy a drink or coffee when you return from a days site seeing . Great breakfast with freshly cooked to order eggs . Pleasant efficient staff , would definitely stay again.

Highly recommended with caveats.
Well kept hotel, great facilities, good breakfast and really helpful staff. We’ll be recommending to anyone visiting. We found the room too hot and the bed too hard but this is entirely subjective. Likewise the staff seemed to have been instructed to stand up whenever we walked through reception, personally we found this a little uncomfortable.

We visited Queen Boutique for three night and can’t fault this hotel. The view of the castle from our deluxe room was amazing . The location was perfect , sandwiched between the old town and the Jewish quarter. The best part of our stay were the staff, who were exceptional. We booked transfers to and from the airport, via the hotel reception and their level of efficiency and professionalism was perfect. They also arranged transport for our Auschwitz tour and reminded us of the need to take ID , which I hadn’t realised was essential... in all a perfect stay and I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely go again.

All was pretty good except the fact that WiFi wasn’t great for us in the room. It was excellent though in the lobby and tge restaurant. Also massage was ok, but not great. Everything else was excellent.
