“A lovingly restored haven”

The hotel has been lovingly restored - the before and after photographs on display show just how much work has been done. The staff all spoke good English and the receptionists were particularly helpful. We took full advantage of the variety of breakfast foods on offer (fruit, meat, cheese, cake, bread, cereals and cooked items)to set us up for the day. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Market Square and has many good restaurants nearby - we did not eat in the hotel restaurant. The room was spacious and clean. The only drawback was that the toilet was quite close to the shower cubicle, not much leg room! But it was only a minor problem - don't let that put you off. We consider this hotel a real find and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cracow.

“Excellent Service!”

I loved the Hotel Rubinstein. As soon as we arrived we were warmly greated by the hotel staff. They were extremely accomodating and very helpful. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was great! It was a nice walk into the center of town. I enjoy walking so it was a great location for me. It was the kind of place that you feel immediately comfortable because of the excellent guest service you receive. One of the bell staff even walked with me to a parking lot around the corner in order to make sure I found my way back to the hotel. (there are a lot of one way streets and even though it was a very quick walk to the lot it was confusing) This was certainly above and beyond. I would have no question in my mind. If I ever find myself back in Krakow I will definitely stay again at the Hotel Rubinstein!

Hotel well located close to tram stop (3 lines to centre, or 15-20 mins walk). Very pleasant rooms and bathrooms. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good choice of local bars, restaurants.

“Real gem in the heart of old Jewish ghetto.”

This small hotel is very new and has lots of amenities. It is on a great squeare with lots of cafes and restaurants and a short distance to the old town. The hotel has wifi so it is possible to stay connected. My only complaint is that they do not have a common computer terminal for printing out tickets or checking emails. That being said, the staff was very helpful.

“Great inexpensive city break”

Th hotel is a lovely boutique hotel. It is in a beautiful, quaint sqaure in Kazimierz with plenty of restaurants and bars. The bathrooms are fantastic and luxurious, but the highlight is breakfast, great choice of hot meals including omelettes freshly prepared and plenty of fresh fruit. Staff very polite and helpful!!

Well appointed hotel in an excellent location in the Jewish quarter of Krakow. The staff were friendly, extremely helpfull and spoke very good english. We arrived on an international flight well before check in time and asked if we could leave our luggage in their luggage room and were told without hesitation that if our room was ready we could check in straight away which it was so we checked in and were then able to enjoy the rest of the day sight seeing. The breakfast included in the room rate was ample and there was something for everyone. There were good restaurants within a short walk. We found the hotel to be good value and definatley recommend it.

“World Class in Krakow”

We've traveled widely but did not know what to expect in Poland. The hotel was a fully and recently renovated building right on the main square in the Jewish quarter. The quality of the room (including air conditioning) was excellent - spacious even by US standards. Breakfast was comprehensive pan-european (something for everyone). The on-site restaurant was excellent for dinner as well. The staff arranged trips to the salt mine and Auschwitz which worked out well. Krakow is a very walkable city and the hotel is convenient to many sites, including the new Schindler's Factory museum. Highly satisfied; excellent value.

“Krakow's Gem of a Hotel”

I was very pleased with my recent stay at the Rubinstein. The staff was very attentive of our needs and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable. Iwana at the front desk was extremely helpful in assisting us with our needs. The restaurant service was first class as was the dining. I recommend this hotel to persons visiting Krakow and would stay there again with my family.

“Highly Recommended”

Very charming old world hotel in the center of the Jewish Quarter (Kazimirez) with one of the best restaurants in the neighbourhood. An easy walk (or tram ride if you are in a hurry) to the city centre and many historical sites.
