“Great central location - would certainly use again.”

The Sheraton is located in an excellent position, 50 yards from the River Wisla, just a few hundred yards from Wisla Castle and about a 10 minute walk from the main square, so most of what you will want to see is within an easy walk. There's also a good sized supermarket within a couple of hundred yards of the hotel. We enjoyed great breakfasts, with a pretty extensive choice of what to eat and the bar food was also good quality, with staff being friendly and helpful.

“Does exactly what is says on the tin”

For a short break the Sheraton range is a secure bet. You know in advance that the room & facilites will be exactly as described, impeccibly clean & with polite & efficent service in evidence throughout your stay. Add in a good room rate & you really can't lose. Small touches such as the provison of face cloths, towelling robes & a generous range of toliteries help seal the deal.

“Worthy of a fine city”

An excellent hotel, as with most of the Starwood Group. Breakfast was our only meal "in", and the buffet selection was very good. Two good bars; one in the atrium, was a vast vodka selection, and the other a sports bar with a variety of TV shows. Free internet service just off the atrium / lobby. Our room was both comfortable and spacious. The hotel is located just outside the Old Town, but not too much of a walk for most people.

“Phenomenal hotel - perfect location and great service”

Stayed over Easter Holiday (4 nights). Great location with own parking garage. I can't say enough good things about the hotel - great rooms, great breakfast, great dinner, and they even made up an Easter basket full of chocolate on Easter Sunday. Krakow is beautiful and this is the place to stay when you're there.

Very conveniently located. Easy walking distance to many city sites. Room was comfortable. Staff was great and breakfast buffet was enjoyable.

What a lovely hotel this is. The reception staff were very attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The breakfast was excellent especially the seating area. So bright and relaxing. If I have a fault then it is that the room wasn't hoovered at all during our 3 night stay, picky you might say, but it is a 5 star hotel and one would expect little things like this to be adhered to. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

“Quality Hotel”

Great hotel, 10 minutes walk from Market Square but right beside the river and castle. The main dining area has great glass ceiling and the hotel has its own sports bar which shows most of the sports you would like to see (and beers you would like to drink!) Buffet breakfast was also fantastic.

Checked in and was upgraded to a suite - lovely hotel - amazing breakfast selection. Very pleasant staff. Would recommend.

From our arrival at reception, to our departure, nothing but praise for the hotel and the staff. Rang customer services to obtain phone number to confirm return flight and was delighted when the member of staff, offered to do this for me and rang back to confirm that she had done so. this is just one indication of the helpfulnees and efficiency at this excellant hotel.
