“Phenomenal hotel - perfect location and great service”
Stayed over Easter Holiday (4 nights). Great location with own parking garage. I can't say enough good things about the hotel - great rooms, great breakfast, great dinner, and they even made up an Easter basket full of chocolate on Easter Sunday. Krakow is beautiful and this is the place to stay when you're there.

Very conveniently located. Easy walking distance to many city sites. Room was comfortable. Staff was great and breakfast buffet was enjoyable.
“Sheraton, Krakow”
What a lovely hotel this is. The reception staff were very attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The breakfast was excellent especially the seating area. So bright and relaxing. If I have a fault then it is that the room wasn't hoovered at all during our 3 night stay, picky you might say, but it is a 5 star hotel and one would expect little things like this to be adhered to. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

From our arrival at reception, to our departure, nothing but praise for the hotel and the staff. Rang customer services to obtain phone number to confirm return flight and was delighted when the member of staff, offered to do this for me and rang back to confirm that she had done so. this is just one indication of the helpfulnees and efficiency at this excellant hotel.

I liked everything about this hotel: location, helpful friendly staff, comfortable room, good restaurants and bar, fitness center and pool. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Krakow.
“faultless”
I am usually very critical of 5 star hotels but I really couldn't fault this one anywhere. Highly recommended. Booked airport transfer thru expedia ,worked well and used the same company for a chauferred trip to Auschwitz..good value and comfortable for a very sobering visit.Krakow is lovely, the oldest restaurant in Kracow, just off the main square is a must!!! Poland was a very pleasant surprise!!
“Excellent Hotel”
6 of us stayed at this hotel for a week on a bed and breakfast basis. It was excellent. Swimming Pool although small was very welcoming after a hot day out sightseeing. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff very helpful. We ate in the Hotel one night and it was excellent. We used the Some Place Else bar every night for cocktails and again the staff were very good, polite and helpful. We booked three trips, Auchwitz, Tatra Mountains and Salt Mines. All three well organised but Tatra Mountains most disappointing and Zakopane too touristy for us. Krakow city beautiful and loads of places to eat at all different price ranges.
“Our Best Hotel Experience”
Sheraton Krakow Hotel gave us by far the best hotel experience we ever had! From the airport pick up, check in, our hotel stay of 9 days/inights, to our dining experience at their fine restaurant/s, our needs were attended to with utmost diligence and care. We were impressed at their level of service most especially Magdalena of the front desk who unwaveringly helped us through every requests we made including an emergency physician care for our son. The hotel personnel undoubtedly made all the difference - noticeably the same care and hospitality we felt with the other Polish people we met. It's our first visit to Poland and hopefully not the last.
