“CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK”

Stayed here for 3 nights surprise birthday for my husband. Hotel was in an ideal location, right next to the castle and only 10mins walk from the square. Hotel was great, from reception staff, bar staff and housekepping staff. No complaints at all, CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK hopefully in spring next year.

“Fantastic Hotel”

We had a short break in Krakow in March 2009, this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. We used the hotel Mercedes from the airport 80 Zl each way, well worth it. Excellent service and very friendly and efficient. Rooms very well kept and the food is really good, not expensive when compared to a Sheraton in western Europe or the US.

“Great location, very friendly staff”

This is a hotel I would totally recommend to both Polish and non-polish speaking visitors. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. The rooms very good size, it was nice to sleep in a king size bed. Food was very tasty. Location was perfect. 5 minutes to Wawel, 10 minutes to Rynek, yet a quiet area where you felt safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

“Well worth a visit”

The Sheraton Krakow Hotel is a new first class hotel. The quality of food was certainly 5* WE intend to return for a longer period to sample more of the delights of "Krakow"

“Ideally situated”

Sheraton Hotel in Krakow is ideally placed to visit Wawel Castle, sit by the riverbank and walk into the old city centre. The food is excellent, if slightly overpriced compared to the local restaurants, and the service good. We thoroughly recommend the BBQ evening on Saturday evenings. The food is plentiful and varied as well as extremely tasty. The room is very well appointed and the beds very comfortable. A wonderful view of the towers of the castle.

“Best Holiday Ever!!”

To start with the Sheraton Hotel was amazing - couldnt believe how clean and posh the hotel was. The staff were extremly helpful and friendly and in your room there was a 'Krakow in your pocket' book - extremly helpful to find nice places to eat and visit. The main square is brilliant, vibrant at night - and the drinks (average pint of beer 1-50) and food (meal for 2 and drinks 15-20) are very reasonably priced. There is street entertainment, and horse and carriage rides which I highly recommend. If you ask they will take you back to the hotel at the end of the night - all very romantic. The trip to Auschwitz, was an emotional and eye opening experience. A place, I feel, everyone needs to visit once in there life. Most people spoke a good degree of English so it was easy to get around town. A good place to visit, is the 'Someplace Else' pub joined onto the Hotel, the staff were polite, and drinks were reasonably price - esp during happy hour! Overall both an extremly emotional and romantic break for me and my partner. A great city break for any young/old couple, or even stag or hen parties would enjoy it. A fantastic country to visit.
