“A wonderful place to stay and the staff is extremely helpful!”

The Secret Garden Apartment and Hostel is a great place to stay. I would recommend it to everyone. The staff there is extremely friendly and helped us out on a daily with planning side excursions. They would call and email with advice. I have never experienced so much help at a hotel/hostel anywhere else in the world. It was very cost effective, the apartment was cheaper than majority of hotels in Krakow. It was very clean, fully furnished, and conveniently located surrounded by many restaurants and attractions it is only a 10 minute walk to the city center and the main train/bus station. If you are going to Krakow, stay here!

“The Amazing Secret Garden Hostel”

We stayed in the apartments of The Secret Garden Hostel - this was about 5 doors down from the Hostel itself and was perfect. The staff at the Hostel were friendly and helpful. Even with our terrible attempts at speaking Polish!

“Perfect place to stay”

We had a wonderful stay in Secret Garden's beautiful appartment off Szeroka. Staff at the main Hostel were friendly, and extremely helpful. They also gave us some excellent information to make the most of our visit. The appartment at Szeroka looked freshly decorated (very cool), and was extremely clean. For the money, what you get is outstanding. My only advice would be to get to it the first time from Szeroka itself, as the map I had made it confusing trying to take the shortcut via the little alleys! I'd recommend the appartment to anyone, especially couples. Didn't stay at the main hostel, but it looked very nicely done, and they served a good breakfast.

Very friendly staff from start to finish of stay. We were welcomed at the airport - and fould all staff helpful. We will go again if staying in Kracow.

“Secret Garden Appartment”

Absolute great location. A bit of a trek to get the apartment key from the hostel then walk back to the appartment with large case. No clear signage of appartment but had reasonable directions from hostel - you might need to ask a couple of times for directions. Apartment clean and tidy- bed a little uncomfortable - take extra towels with you. Avoid walking back to the hostel for breakfast - like a zoo and there are plent of places to eat near the appartment.

I stayed in the apartment that belong to the secret garden hostel, the apartment is really nice but it was confusing a bit first since I had to collect the keys from the hostel which is about 5 min driving, the apartment was nice and comfy and about 10 min walk from the down town, it was clean but can be better you can have all you need for your short or long stay in the apartment, overall its really good for couples
