“Great Location”

If you are going to Krakow for nightlife then this hotel is great. It's located right on the edge of the Old Town where all the bars and clubs are so you don't have to worry about getting a taxi home when you've had a few. The reception is 24 hour so you won't find yourself locked out either. Don't be put off by the exterior; once you get inside it's very impressive.

“Excellent hotel in Centre of Krakow”

We stayed for 5 nights here and found the hotel clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. It is a short walk of around 5 mins to the main square. Highly recommended for your stay in the beautiful ccity of Krakow :)

“Excellent hotel at a great location- good food, fantastic prices- can't lose!”

Boasting 4 floors of varying-sized rooms, the lift access is valuable for every level. One disappointing feature was breakfasts- unless you love Eastern Eurpoean-style food, be prepared for breakfasts of bread and fruit. Evening meals are superb! And reasonably priced. Next door to the hotel is a Tour Bus Centre, offering a goor range of excursions at competitive prices- very handy for those days when Krakow has been exhausted!

“Loved it”

It's in a great central location, a brief walk from Old Town and the major tour companies pick up right in front. The exterior was a little disheartening as I approached, but when I entered, it was lovely. The interior is beautifully decorated, the staff was incredibly helpful and my room was clean and comfy. There was construction going on during my stay, but the hotel is so expansive, they put me in a room at the other end and I didn't hear a thing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel based on my experience - and I would completely recommend a visit to Poland. I loved it and the Polish people were fabulous.

for closeness to everything happening and walking distance of the best shopping centre of Krakow, the beautiful medieval square, station etc. The breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice and the bar and public areas are very welcoming. A good place for a single traveller. Would go back again. Our party of six were placed in three adjoining rooms and we were pleased with every aspect of the service.

“Great location & good value”

Only 10 mins walk from the train station and equally the same in to the main square. Room was a good size, very clean and with daily maid service. Decor is fairly basic but got everything you need. Only slight disappointment was no TV channels in English...a know not an issue for many but when you've been yomping all day in the cold and fancy a nice film to fall asleep to, you need to know your German, French or Polish! Breakfast is great. Buffet style, hot and cold. All Polish so don't expect your eggs and bacon (you are on holiday after all!) but expect sauercraut (cant spell it) and fried fish. Also cheeses, meats, lots of bread, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, tea & coffee. Great hotel, friendly staff, would recommend it!
