Great location

Posted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: The location, clean, spacious, two bathrooms.
Cons: Curtains to be fitted in the bedrooms, a freezer installed in place of the dishwasher, which is too small.
Location: Very central location, the square, Castle and many historic buildings are all in walking distance, Auschwitz cost just £25 rtn. For a family of 4.
The apartment, is 10 minutes walk to the square in the town centre and also 10 minutes to the train and bus station. There is a bakery next door which sells a great variety of cakes and bread products at very reasonable prices, as is every thing in krakow. The reception, where you must collect your key from, is not in the same building as the apartment, but two streets away; however it is just 5 minutes by foot. The apartment is spacious with two lovely bathrooms and good sized bedrooms, unfortunately the bedrooms have no curtains, just net curtains which of course let all the light in, this didn't bother me, but my wife and kids didn't sleep as well as then could have. The kitchen had all we needed, albeit no freezer, but we ate out most evenings so the kitchen wasn't put to much use.
