Business travelers beware: Wi-Fi not reliable

Posted Apr 18, 2014
Pros: pool, new upgrades with marble everywhere, breakfast selections, good business center
Cons: I'll say it again - WiFi is unreliable and frustrating - especially on upper floor studio - like room 1111
Location: Good central location, shopping center near, Ric (Rice) restaurant next door.
Cumbersome hotel - and frustrating service especially in light of the high price! New pool is very nice - and the location is great, but not worth the frustration of of unreliable Wi-Fi. Just when we needed to send an email - could not connect. Management brought a modem just for our studio room, but it did not help. Five stays here over 3 years. Wonderful upgrades in lobby, restaurant, new gym and pool - should have invested in upgrading Wi-Fi. They just lost a frequent guest. Will go to Hilton Garden Inn on next visit to Krasnodar

Its a clean basic hotel

Posted Oct 18, 2011
While i was there the main entrance was under renovation . i had to use a side entrance. There is only a basic dining room used for breakfast only. no lunch or dinner is served as far as i know. Rooms were recently renovated and are comfortable. The location is central and in the middle of the city close to main street and shopping center. Staff lack the skill of langiauges , but one can get by with some english.
