“Good hotel for business travelers.”

Clean, new, comfortable... But needs better electronics equipment to make this a 4 star hotel. Still feels very "best western-ish" with existing setup.

“Great hotel in Central KL”

Very nice hotel in downtown KL. Breakfast buffet was extensive and the room was very comfortable. Pizza served in the bar was the best pizza I have had since living in Malaysia.

“Inexperienced Morning Staff Impacts Guests”

Overall the hotel is high quality and clean. The inexperience of the staff before 7am can impact ones travel. My plan was to take the first bus from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. The prior day the day staff told me there was one bus station for this transit. In the morning the taxi driver said 3 stations. The hotel staff clearly was unaware of bus transport to Singapore. As a result they sent me to a single bus company office which was not even open. Finally after riding around in the taxi I made it to the right bus terminal and missed the early morning bus. Staff experience does make a difference. For a hotel of this quality this should not be an issue but it was.
