“very nice”

This hotel was very helpful with any enquiries that were directed to them. The food from their restraunt was of high quality. In total there was 14 of us who stayed at this hotel for 8 days and its family friendly atmosphere was very pleasing. The club floor is highly reccomended. Taxi's were readily available. A security guard was present at the front 24/7. I would recommend this hotel for any families that might be travelling.

“Great place”

The price is reasonable and the rooms are great. Modern, clean, and roomy. Location is close to many great restaurants, and the Citrus Cafe is worth trying.

“Great budget hotel”

The area is not very nice but we never felt insecure. The rooms are clean and good. My friends stayed in a two bed room wich was rather small but comfortable. My room was a single twin bed and was huge! Clean carpet, LCD tv, quiet A/C, bath with a nice tub. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant breakfast is very acceptable. Is about a 10 minute walk to the monorail station.

“Good Value!”

This hotel was of good value, with breakfast and internet service included. It is close to the skytrain and MRT stations making it easy to go around and see the attractions. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is a bit old but otherwise very clean. The location is not the best but it is not dangerous. I definitely will come back to stay in this place and do not hesitate to recommend it to anybody.

“Value for money”

Not the place to stay if you want ultimate luxury but for us it was wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful and the use of "club room" facilities an added bonus. Train close by but only a few dollars in metered taxi to city centre.

“Good value”

Hotel is not near tourist sites but is a 10-minute walk to two metro stations. We stayed on the "executive" floor and thought it worth the extra money. Room was good-sized and water pressure in shower was great. Large pool was added bonus for this category. Buffet breakfast was very good---good variety.

“The hotel service has got better”

I stayed here for a few times. I have a very bad experience about customer service at this hotel. However, the customer service officer did a great job this time. He is very friendly and helpful. However, security officer was not helpful. He let us to carry our heavy luggage ourselves. He did not even open door for us and let a lady do it.

“Quite Good Gverall”

Three attendants came to look at a sink that was emptying extremely slowly, but was not fixed and very slow in delivering towels and toilet paper that we wanted, other than that very good service, cleanliness etc. Smoke-free floor was indeed smoke-free. Very prompt lifts. I will stay there again.
