“Very impressed!”
I was extremely impressed with this hotel! The staff impressed me the most. How friendly and efficient they were. Every time I entered back into the hotel I was greeted with a warm smile as if to say welcome home. The maid managed to just catch me when she was checking the rooms and when I was asked is everything ok? I replied with my sink tap isnt working properly and it seems to be loosely connected to base. Before I knew it the room bell went and there was engineer who came to fix it. The hotel was clean, the room was an excellent size and had all the amenities I needed for my short stay. An excellent bargain for the price I paid. I also used the executive club and that was really good! Its worth upgrading if you would like complementary internet access and complimentary drinks for a certain time period. Also, the hotel offer excellent excursions. I visited Batu caves. I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur. Its opposite, planet Hollywood, Hagen-Diaz, and the many shopping arcades! Also, next door to the metro train system and the hotel offers excellent views over the city of Kuala Lumpur. This hotel is not far from any of the attractions. You may need a taxi to the bird or butterfly parks, but the hotel porters are more then happy to arrange this for you.
“Best Hotel and Best Location”
Good Hotel services - Staff are friendly - Wonderful Restaurant and Food specially the In-Room Dinner - Location is the best since you have everything near you and you can just walk to all famous places in KL. Room was a bit Old style but still very clean. It's the best hotel to stay in KL (Value for Money)
“Great Hotel”
Stayed at an Executive Room on the 19th floor for 6 nights from 24 August 2006 and enjoyed great views of the twin towers, warm hospitality from staff and comfortable room. Only incident was when the toilet needed its plumbing issues addressed one night. Great laundry service and very convenient location. Very pleased overall and will definitely recommend to friends.
“The location is great”
the hotel has it all... its location is magnificent its in the most important spot in the golden triangle u can walk to any place of interest. but on the bad side a very few of the staff acted inappropriately. but overall its good place to stay
“KL Jewel”
This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of KL near the Monorail. Absolutely great service, food room and pool. Wired INTERNET was pretty good based on other Malaysian hotels I have stayed in. Traffic out front is really bad so it will not be a favorite for locals to pick you up. Overall 5/5 stars for me.
“the best”

“Awesome hotel!”
We stayed here for 4 days over New Year. It was an excellent experience. The service, the food, the pool and the room were exceptional. The location was perfect- we were close to everything. Highly recommend it to anyone coming to KL !!!!!
“Always stay here....”
Have stayed here 2 to 3 times a year for 8 years. Wonderful service, same staff every visit, lovely rooms, excellent lobby-lounge. Great location to the best bar-restaurant complex in KL (across the road in the Starhill Center).
“brilliant service”
excellent hotel with attention to detail. However as mentioned by other people rooms could do with a brush up.
“Location & Service”
