“I go every year and I love it”

I have been going to this hotel for many years and always there is an improvement, also the thing I like most is the way they respect and treat the costumers. I have taken other people to stay at the hotel and they are as happy as me.

“Hilton PJ - Thumbs Up!”

An excellent and well placed hotel with a spacious lobby and good size rooms. The staff are freindly and helpful. Information in the room on services offered as well as local attractions is good. My only negative comment is that the lifts have been situated badly from the entrance. One has to walk round the outside of the restaurant/eating area to get to them.

“Excellent staff, consistent service delivery, very good value”

PJ Hilton is an icon in the area and exudes the charm of its own. It apeals to business and leisure travellers as well as the locals. The food is always of high quality and it's central location is also handy. The staff are couteous and professional and always ready to help with a special need. The hotel is undergoing an overdue major refurbishment and which will provide a fresh and contemporary look. It's very good value for money. I'll keep going back to stay for sure...

“Most Impressed”

Hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful from the concierge to the front desk to the maintenance staff. Our room was spotless with a huge bathroom and very comfortable beds - just needs a mirror in the room, not just the bathroom. Doors closing in the corridor was a minor annoyance. Pool and surrounds were great and uncrowded. Shuttle bus connection to shopping centres was handy and only a short walk to the light rail. No tour desk but concierge organised our tour and answered every one of our questions.
