“A new meaning to Hospitality”

My negative about the Hotel is basically I didn't like the pillows - too soft. The rest was fantastic. I arrived early and they gave me breakfast because I had to wait for a room to be ready. These guys have hospitality plus. There are some great Restaurants and a nice bar. I am seriously impressed with their friendliness and great service. It is one of the best value hotels I have stayed in. What more can I say? I loved my brief two nights. I will go back again.

“Good value for money.”

Excellent value. Drinks in the bar are a bit expensive relative to elsewhere. Overall a good experience due to friendly staff. Foyer is impressive with a huge open area and the Hotel has a couple of great restaurants. It is next to a Golf course so get the course views. It is a bit away from Shops etc, but there is a free shuttle. definitely a good place to relax.

“Glenmarie Shah Alam”

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights for my honeymoon. They had no shuttle to pick us up at the airport, however there was a shuttle to take us to local points of interest. The nearest megamall was sunway pyramid which was nice. The hotel has an open floorplan making you feel like you are outside, even at check in. The hotel is on a golf course. The hotel never offered us a golf lesson which I think would be a nice gesture. The rooms have dark mahogany furniture which looks nice. Room service was good and so was housekeeping. The dance club was ok but the drinks were far overpriced. The view from the hotel room was spectacular. The hotel was fair with us when we wanted to extend our stay for a 1/2 day extra, only charging us a nominal amount. The restaurant was first-class and the food was great. Overall I would like to thank the staff and compliment the hotel for the fine quality of my stay. Also, it was a good value.

“Excellent Hotel away from City Centre”

I chose this hotel for my business visit, as my meetings were with companies a couple of miles away only. The location, excellent breakfast spread and the courtesy of the front desk were all added bonus, so all in all, a very pleasant three stay.

“Not impressed - Not a Four star level”

I was expecting a four star level hotel. This would have been good if booking a 2 star level hotel. The lobby was fine but the other hotel amenities had a low standard. My toilet did not flush properly for the entire week I stayed despite several persons from the maintenance crew worked with it. The air conditioner did not work when I came and the lights and the TV was not working until late the first evening. The corridor to my room was dirty and smelled very bad. There were only one small elevator to my floor which was slow and very busy. I paid for a four star hotel but got this level of standard!
