Well located with very pleasant staff.Posted Sep 12, 2014
We enjoyed our stay, room was adequate and staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very noisy late evening and early morning. Thin walls and sound of lifts was clearly evident. It was however value for money.

Excellent hotel, staff and locationPosted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: Clean, comfortable and friendly
Location: Close to an amazing array of fabulous food shops,,shopping centre..taxis....everything.
The moment I entered, until the moment I left was as good as it gets with hotels. Its comforting to know that staff actually seem interested to help in many ways. Easy access to shopping and transport...great!! After a long flight...was offered the chance to check in early...much appreciated. And its very nice to get smiles from all the staff....really nice people.

Close to the mallsPosted Aug 11, 2014
They don't have a bussines centre in the hotel as it was needed only to print my boarding pass, so I had to go to the store across the hotel which provide internet services and cost 4 RM for 2 sheets of papers.

Great Location!Posted Jul 20, 2014
a) 5 mins walk straight ahead is Times Square; b) right in front is Low Yat plaza which I could get updates on latest maps for my GPS; c) right beside there is an Internet cafe which I can check-in early for my flight back & also print the boarding passes (RM0.50 per piece, can't remb how much per 1/2 hr for using the com); d) another 5 to 10 mins walk adjacent straight is pavilion (there is a lot of construction works for the MRT along the road). Despite all those gd points, I've an unpleasant experience with the front desk. We checked-in at around 11am. Thereafter went out for lunch & some shopping. When we came back to our room (we booked 2 rooms with an extra bed in 1 of the room) around 6pm, the extra bed was missing. Called the front desk & instead of apologizing on their mistakes, the manager (which is a lady) informed me that I've made a mistakes & entered the wrong room! It was such a ridiculous explanation which I told them that it was their colleague who configured the room key. If I've entered the wrong room, by right The hotel key could not be able to open the room door in the 1st place. When I went down to the front desk to complain the next morning, the bell boy (Mr. Peter) was also puzzled on how could this happened as he have brought our luggage to the rooms. Other then this incident, all the hotel staff I've come across (from the security guards, bell boy, front desk (morning shift) are all very friendly and courteous! Will stay in this hotel again!

Excellent all round although lacks a loungePosted Jun 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Everything about this hotel including the price is excellent - but it does lack a lounge to relax, have coffee, people watch. There is a coffee shop/bar but it isn't comfortable - it's just a room. Very good service. They are building a new subway line very nearby and although this isn't within earshot of the hotel you do have to go past a construction site to get to the hotel, but that was no big deal really. Bukit Bintang monorail, Pavillion shopping mall and hundreds of eateries including cheap and yummy street food are all on your doorstep.

Pleasant interludePosted May 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
We have used this hotel before as a break in a longer journey. It is well located and competitively priced, and the staff are very helpful. It works well as an overnight (or two) hotel, before travelling on.
