My stay could've been betterPosted Sep 16, 2013
Pros: Walking distance to Pasar Seni train station, 1 station away from KL Sentral, 10-15mins away from KLCC
Cons: Customer Service (staff does not care about guest's comfort and they're somehow rude), Hole in the bathroom's ceiling (Room 103)
Location: Shopping at Chinatown and Central Market, KL City Gallery (free admission), Merdeka Square
Hotel is inside Jalan Petaling (Petaling St.) Chinatown. When I arrived, the cab driver said he can't drive to the hotel any longer as there are market stalls and vendors occupying the entire street. He dropped me off at the end of the street and I had to walk from one end to the other pulling my heavy luggage with my petite frame. When I got to the hotel I was surprised that there's a pair of a high staircase to the reception area and there was NO LIFT! I went up asking for assistance from the lady on duty and she replied to me in the exact verbiage 'I'm sorry there's no somebody!'. How about: 'There's no one else with me right now but I would be glad to help you' (I'm still a customer, just so you know!) But she never offered me any help so I had no choice but to pull my luggage up by myself, the most exhausting check-in ever! Room was okay, it was clean, smells clean except that I was horrified to see a hole in the bathroom ceiling! I tried to ask for a different room but to no avail. I had to improvise, I covered it with my airline luggage sticker just to make sure no one or nothing will peek in when I shower, unbelievable! Never got the chance to use the WiFi because their password is not working. But I liked the fact that they allowed me to leave my luggage overnight without any fees when I went to LEGOLAND and spent the night Singapore as well as after I checked out while I roam around the city before my flight departs. I was not satisfied, it could have been better!

Nice, clean spacious hotelPosted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: Specious bathroom.
Cons: Room Internet connection is too slow.
Location: lots of mobile phone stalls at Kota Raya shopping mall nearby.
Hotel is close to UTC bus terminal. Right next to the Petaling Street Vedors selling lots of branded imitation goods.

Pros: Great shower and sleep
Location: Great centralized place, LRT station is just abt 1km away
Parking is a trouble if u drive, quite expensive as well Saving few bucks from hotel rate but the parking of RM15 in the recommeded carpark, I could get another hotel with carpark included.

chinatown centralPosted Jul 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was in a fantastic location, heart of Chinatown. Only complaint was the room was very small and without window, but thats what I paid for, budget accommodation. The shower was open and a pain as it wet the entire bathroom including the toilet. Close to bus and train.

Not a very good experiencePosted May 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was given room no.303. Toilet flush was not working and was not repaired even after complaining. Electric points not suitable for Indian devices. Adapter was also not available on the counter. One has to walk down all the way to the ground floor to collect water.

Great location, good valuePosted Apr 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The location of this hotel was the reason I picked it (right in the middle of China town) and I was not disappointed. The hotel is located in the middle of a busy walking street / street market. The room was very simple but clean. Hotel staff as polite and helpful.
