“Excellent value, great staff”

Our room was upgraded on arrival, which was quite a perk! Bathroom was luxurious as was the bed. Floor to ceiling windows provided a stunning view of the city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating- we had a late flight and they let us use the spa facilities after having been checked out all day. The gym is small if that matters to you. As is the pool, which I wouldn't recommend for kids. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed the Maya and its modern decor!

Love this place! Great location very near the shopping, Petronas towers, Memara Tower, fabulous service, beautiful room, great spa and hydrotherapy pool is awesome.

Excellent service, attentive and solicitous staff, great location with super view of nearby Petronas Towers. Well-appointed, well-lit, and spacious bathroom, with separate shower/bath setup nicely done. Ancillary services quite good: great Wifi Internet, satisfying breakfast buffet, and decent gym.

It was a nice stay. As apparent this 5 star hotel is not top of the line, they charge fair. For me it was like a value for money deal. Cheers!

“Great Location, near the twin tower.”

the hotel is nice and location is great. i just wish there's more restaurant near the hotel.the only problem i could tell is we were placed on the other side of the hotel, which was really very noisy. there's this P A ( public announcement ) very so often, daytime and night time. i'm not exactly sure what it was, sounds like a show or program, but why everyday and even at night. i requested the desk if we could be placed the other side or the twin tower side, but we were refused. on the positive side, they offer free breakfast buffet and it was really great food and great selection. the food was excellent!!! we had dinner twice and the food was good too. staff were polite and courteous.

“Nice view”

We had a very nice view of the Petronas's tower. The spa swimming pool nice for all the family. The brasserie not exceptional food. But on the other hand the REsto Still water very good japonese food. Sushi exceptional. The spa massage inside the hotel very good quality and service.
