“Excellent option in KLCC”

Having stayed at Novotel KLCC some 4 months ago, I must say that for almost the same price, Impiana KLCC is a far superior experience: staff service is of top level; rooms and common areas are almost impeccable and certainly very comfortable. I have read some reviews complaining about the hotel, saying that it is not what it used to be; or that the upgrading works at the hotel and surroundings ares a bit too much to bear. I didn't find that these issues -which do exist- significantly affected my stay or that of my relatives. We booked two rooms and they were both fine, although one was indeed a bit more noisy than the other one. Nothing compared to the noise I previously experienced at Novotel, though. If there is one thing that stays with you after a couple of nights at this hotel is the absolute friendliness and positive disposition of the staff. They went to great lengths to try to make our time there special, and they succeeded greatly. The highlight was allowing us to have wine and cheese at the swimming pool (which has a partial view of the Petronas Towers) after the closing time. They even provided buckets with ice, bottle openers, etc.

“Very impressed, will go back”

Hotel is very good. Rooms clean and roomy. Had a bathroom with a shower within a bath, which was a pretty high step to get into the shower for older people. Beautiful infinity swimming pool with beautiful views to Twin Towers etc. Service outstanding and very accommodating re- early arrivals or late check-outs.

“Good position”

The hotel is well positioned ,close to Petronas Towers and easy access to the metro. It offers comfort, cleanliness and a good breakfast buffet. The dining room is comfortable and the buffet dinner is value for money and very edible, offering a variety of cuisine. We would certainly use the hotel again.

“A place worth a look”

Loved this hotel. I was attending a conference at Convention Centre - very handy - as well as a holiday. the outside pool area was not large but nevertheless very welcome. Infinity pool was great. Really needed it after walking around exploring the city - very humid. Others staying at nearby hotels only had indoor pools, which were not nearly as refreshing. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Used the spa for extra relaxation...lovely. The only gripe I had was that the pillows advertised on the 'pillow menu' were not available, not even sleep masks. That said, we found there were two feather and two latex pillows, so that was good. Overall, exceeded our expectations for the great deal we got thru expedia. Definitely staying here again on any return visit.
