Impiana KLCC Hotel

Superb location - close to Petronas Towers and the subway system (which is cheap and easy to use). Use the enclosed walkway to access the shops - it's air conditioned and safer than trying walk across the streets.

Excellent hotel with an ideal location and amazing staff

Upgraded to Club level at no extra cost, view of office block next door. For 1 night stay we can't complain. Handy location, pedestrian bridge from Level 3 provided covered access to either KLCC or the Pavillion Shopping Mall.

No beer or wine in the mini bar, not making it a bar at all in my opinion! Tried to get service at the spa two times but they always smiled and said "No, there was no time for a manicure and pedicure". Not very happy with this so I went over to the Grand Hyatt and immediately got the service I wanted. The "bacon" on the breakfast buffet is not bacon at all, but something made from beef and not very good at that. Bread variety not good either. Overall a pleasant stay.

The rooms were lovley and clean and the breakfast was amazing. The pool surroundings .vould do with some love and tlc. We booked a queen bed thinking it would be the same as our australian queen. But was more like a double and our feet hung out then end. So if u are used to a big bed make sure u get a king! The bed was very comfortable and otherwise the hotel is excellent. Highly recommended

Modern clean hotel ,good staff & service . Good breakfast,well presented. Also very convenient position, Would stay here again.
