“Very good, except the fitness room staff”

I stayed in Hotel Nikko KL for four nights. The general impression for me is good. The beds are huge and comfortabe. Yhe buffet breakfeast is very nice. The free shuttle service to the nearby shopping centres are just excellent. The staff there were very helpful, except the fitness room staff. I don't see why I could not wear jeans for the walking machine. As a result, I was banned from the fitness room. Bear in mind I was having holiday and just wanted to relax and did not intend for a proper training. There were only three guests in the room at that time including my friend and me. Besides, the fitness room staff were just watching people from CCTV outside the fitness room. They were not very professional either. I could not tell why they demanded their customers to be so professinal in their dressing. They seem to be too serious about this. And also the hotel lounge is very strange. The do not have any seats for guests, except the restaurants seats. Waiters would ask you to buy a drink if you sit there for few minutes for friends or cars etc. Although you could still explain to them you were just waiting friends or cars, it seems to be quite embarassing. Except for the small disappointment, the overall service is very good. But I may not go back again because it reminded me of the unhappy experience in the fitness room.

Excellent location, next to the subway station which is just outside. The pool is lovely too, definately use that on those humid afternoons. Room was very big, clean and breakfast is worth paying the small extra cost for (great choice & amount).

Very nice hotel. we arrived with backpacks in a taxi. didnt have to carry anything. all staff very friendly and helpful. i didnt tell them it was my birthday but they left a cake in my room. nice gesture. totally recommend this hotel to anyone. good distance to most things and across road from underground train station.

“Just what i was searching for”

Nikko Hotel exceeded my expectations. Room: The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable, the toilet is big... Cleanliness: not too good, we have a found when we first entered the room a piece of nail on the floor just in front of the bed, and we found some hair in the cabin shower (in the soap compartment). Overall cleanliness of the room was above average. The service was excellent, especially from the concierge side. Conclusion: If I had to go back to Kuala Lumpur, I would definitely choose again Nikko.

“Good for Leisure”

The hotel is nice and comfortable. I love the breakfast buffet and the staff are also helpful. We stayed at premier room which is big and clean but we found that there has some strange smell in pillow covers so we requested to change them. Location is good and shuttle bus service brought us to the main attractions.
