“Look for other alternatives”
Wasn't impressed with my overall experience. The shower drain was bad so there was a pool of scummy water by the end of the shower. The shower also sent bursts or cold and hot water throughout which is very annoying.
“good location”

“Great stay in KL”
We had a nice experience at Le Meridien in Kuala Lumpur. The staff was very professional, accommodating and overall quite friendly. The rooms are what you expect from the starwood chain. They are clean, well designed and comfortable. The ammenities are great at this hotel! The pool area is lush and tranquil. The food is also outstanding in the pool area. We were delighted to find healthy options instead of strict bar food. We had gormet style salads, a nice bottle of red wine and had a blast swimming in the pool and resting in the hot tub. In addition, we had a stunning view of the city from this area as well as from our hotel room. The only drawback is that you cannot really walk anywhere from the hotel, as it is positioned in an area surrounded by highways. On the other hand, it is much less expensive than the hotels located directly in KLCC and a 5-8 minute cab ride away. From the center of town, you can walk everywhere. We walked from the Petronas towers to the Telecommunications tower and got plenty of exercise! I would recommend this hotel and absolutely stay there again!
“Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad service”
It took them two days and several calls to get them to clean my room. Their concierge doesn't know anything about the city and kept making terrible recommendations..including sending us to a remote resort for dinner..only it find it almost abandoned with no one else in their restaurant but us. They never help you get a taxi and keep pushing you to go down to the train station and queuing to get one. Once, they even gave a taxi we were in line for to other guests who had just stepped out of the hotel.
“Perfect location.”
Lovely room in hotel which is conveniently located across the road from the Main Train/Bus station. Staff were very helpful and even kept two of our bags so that our travel to Langkawi was much easier. Returned a week later and were greeted like long lost family!

Loved it here. Wish we were in town longer. Did not get to try out the beautiful pool.
“Troubled wi-fi at the Inn”
Generally the service was frustrating! It is the only hotel that I have ever encountered that charges more for a non-smoking room! I paid for free Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi does not work unless you have a wired computer to activate the service - clearly that didn't work with my iPhone! I will stay at the Hilton next door next time.
“One of best hotel in KL”
Everything it ok
“Great service”
Excellent hotel - staff was very attentive, nice comfortable rooms with good views of the city, a great pool area and a good selection of restaurants together with the Hilton next door. Would definitely return.
