1) Good response to my call that the Room TV was faulty. Came back to room and it was change. 2) There is no wifi coverage due to poor signal at room 222, even my own data not working. Disappointed experience unable to connect.

So far ok!
We were staying in room 202. When we want to enter our room, the key card gives us problem..keep tapping on the door and it didnt allow us in till a few times. Then when we are sleeping, the aircon just stop... and it turn back on again.... and noticed the aircon switch on the wall is loose. The cleanliness is ok so far, quite clean. As for the breakfast, the food could do better. Overall the stay was enjoyable
