“Friendly and central”

Very friendly and helpful staff and in a very central location.

the hospitality extend at Prescott Inn were really appreciative. i stood for 3 days and it was really nice and a decent hotel. in this category of hotels i would rate this as the best. the locality is also good as its next to the monorail station and from the room i had a good view of the patronas tower. the breakfast was good and i was really happy that there were plenty of restaurants near to the hotel which were 24/7. and also the WIFI connectivity was really good.

“Good location, rooms and price”

My family, including 5 children, spent a night here in 2 good sized rooms. Good shopping nearby and we walked to the Petronas Towers. Bathrooms are large which was nice. Restaurant prices were very reasonable. Would certainly return.

“Value for money”

A good place to stay rooms were clean and neat. The service in the restaurant was very bad. We were allowed to do a early check in without any fuss at 7 am in the morning

“The tour guide was great”

It was just fantastic with the tour guide in the hotel and beautiful view of the K.L. Tower from our room,.

“Handy Hotel”

We stayed in 3 different rooms on 3 occasions over 2 weeks. An overall good hotel with the only little bug being the bathrooms could do with a makeover. The rest of the place including meals were great. Close to monorail(3mins walk).This is really a plus to get to some of the malls and KL sentral rail station. If using taxis make sure the driver knows where it is, as it is on a side street and we found 4 of the 6 drivers didnt really know where it is. Tip: always carry a map with the address highlited of where you want to go. A great city.

A very good deal! I really enjoyed my stay there, would definitely go back again next time.

“You get what you pay for”

We were doing an over night due to flight schedule. It was very inexpensive and a decent place to stay for that. If I were to stay longer I would not recommend staying there.

“Not that great. The carpet has some smell when you get into the lobby.”

Need to work on cleanliness; smell of carpet; buffet breakfast is very bad (the food could be a bit improved).

Cheap place but good quality if you are on a budget.
