“fabulous hotel”

This hotel is stunning. Rooms are gorgeous, huge flatscreen tv. clean and beautifully furnished. 24 hour restaurant which serves good food at very reasonable price. Staff are very attentive. Lovely pool. Would love to spend longer here. Easy taxi ride from airport. Can't fault this place , it is like a palace. Can't understand why other reviews make criticisms, This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in!

Amazing architecture. Each wing is styled differently. A very peaceful place to stay. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

“Vacation in Putrajaya”

This is a magnificent hotel and deserves much greater publicity as a holiday destination. The whole area of Putrajaya is something that should be included in the itinerary of all international travellers to Malaysia. The Pullman offers excellent service and facilities and readily available transportation to the major tourist attractions. The staff are exceptional in all respects and go out of their way to make tourist welcome.

“a good hotel to visit putra jaya”

i picked this hotel due its location from convention center, where my graduation party was held. the hotel was designed with flavor of traditional Malaysian culture though the modern touch does exist some how. The hotel looks new and fresh and we had a room which located on the lake side , which offer great view.. the negative side in my opinion is the concierge staff, they do need training to treat customers nicely because they are the first to meet at hotel, free PC to use the internet is available at lobby and everyone looks forward to help you.

“A great hotel to stay in Putrajaya”

We stayed with friends (2 rooms) and we were all impressed with this hotel and the surroundings. We arranged our own transport via fast train from KLIA and taxi from the Putrajaya stop. We would have liked longer at this hotel. It was very flash. Staff were great. The restaurant and cafe over the water were lovely and we would have loved to listen to the singer and guitarists who played just for us but we had to get up early the next morning. Our mini bar wasnt full and we notified reception of this so we didnt get charged for things we didnt use and they were fine about this. Lovely bed, wake up call on time, free shuttle to the shops. All in all, we may well go back to this hotel in the future, as it was that good!

staff in this hotel are one of the best helpfull staff you can ever met they are too kind and helpfull hotel massage is really nice . breakfast is very good hotel is clean attendance is very good also i advise all to come to pullman alaa

“Not as good as it could be...”

This hotel was definitely capable of being a true 4-star hotel, with its huge size, multiple restaurants, etc--but fell short of the mark. The hotel has 4 different wings (I was in the Jasmine wing) with various types of decor, etc. The hotel staff was not up to 4 star standards--the restaurant service was incredibly slow, the reception person gave me a broken plug adaptor. I also found a cockroach in my room upon my arrival. The room was comfortable and large, and the hotel is beautiful, but I was not incredibly impressed, especially since it was the most expensive hotel I stayed at in South East Asia, but certainly not the best.

“Pretty surroundings but nothing within walking distance”

Hotel quality and amenities could not be faulted. Staff were a little distracted on arrival but thereafter were on the ball. Nice restaurant (B's) with good breaksfast buffet choice. Hotel is situated on a lakeside in a planned government precinct. there are no shops or other businesses within walking distance, a free shuttle bus is available to the Alamanda shopping centre. Not convenient for those wanting distractions within walking distance apart from lakeside walks.

“Would Not Stay Here Again”

After checking in, we received a notice that they would be fumigating (both inside and outside) beginning at 11 PM the night of our stay. Not sure what they were actually doing, but it sounded like someone power-washing both in the hallway and on the exterior of the building - VERY loud, and not something you want to hear at 1 AM when you are trying to sleep. When we called to complain, we were told that they "had told us they would be doing it". At 2:30 AM, they began conducting a sound-check on a PA system (think "testing, testing, one, two, three") - when we called to complain about this, we were told there was a wedding in the morning. Would have been great to get a little sleep the night before a 30-hour trip back home. Between all of the noise and the fact that someone had clearly been smoking in my "non-smoking" room, I will not be returning to this hotel. Such a pity, because it is a really lovely facility.

“Luxury in nowhere”

5 star hotel in a ghost town. Far from from everywhere and anywhere. There is no public transport from the hotel to ANYWHERE except taxi. The hotel is new, staff friendly and a big man-made lake is next to the hotel. Room luxuriously decorated though workmanship of construction is not very good. Room size is a bit smallish. Hotel suitable for people having to do business in Putra Jaya and/or having his own car and enjoy driving.
