“Excellent Location and Price”

The hotel staff were extremely friendly. The check-in/check-out process was very efficient. I had an early morning flight and the staff made all the necessary arrangements for my airport transfer.

“Close to Monorail”

We were fortunate to have been given a room on the 12th floor facing the KL Tower. The room is spacious, the in-room Internet fast enough, and the bath tub and hot water very welcoming. The in-room safe and fridge, toiletries, and complimentary tea and coffee facilities added to the pleasurable stay. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste though. It was a good thing we were on the upper floors as Bukit Bintang comes alive in the evening and we could hear the muffled sounds of the roaring party below us. Though we could have taken the train, we decided to walk about 20 minutes each to the KL Tower and the KLCC/ Petronas to get a better vibe of the city.

“Good location and price”

The hotel was very clean and the room quite large with a fridge and security box for belongings in the room. The free breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. The only problem was the very slow check in process that took over 30 minutes.

“It is just ok. Compared to the price”

Th reception was bad they put us in a single room for two days bcz they donot n available kingbed room . The room is so how smile & the room service does not provide u wit a water. The breakfast was good. It is a recommended hotel if u want to compare it with the price.

“Good location”

Pretty good location - few minutes walking to Petronas towers. Condition could be better but its ok for a budget hotel.

“"Perfect hotel"”

I choose this hotel because it is in Bukit Bintang and walking distance to the shopping. I stayed in the Premier Room which is supposedly better than the Superior Room. However, there are no much differences, except that the room size is slightly bigger. The rest are the same as I stayed in these 2 kinds of rooms before. The hotel is "PERFECT" if it has more variety in breakfast, LCD TV instead of the old and 14 inch small TV, newer furniture and fitting and most importantly, friendlier staff instead of the cold and unhelpful attitude. In short, you would get not uncomfortable staying there, but neither would be in for any delights. Definitely need a big renovation and new team of staff.

“"Not Nice"”

When we checked in, we went to our room it was dirty ,still not made up from the last time, then that night at 2am when we were asleep our door opened and it was another hotel guest put into the same room as us it was a good shock. The next day when we were heading out we walked past another room and the house cleaners where going through all the bags in the room when we looked in they stood up and looked very scared and shut the door, I DONT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!

“Check in procedures a debacle”

Late evening check. All sorts of problems because I didn't have the Expedia itinerary print out. (no printer when travelling). Lady on reception didn't seem to know what to do. Finally (after 15 mins) gave me a key for the room and was taken up by porter. Room not been cleaned since previous occupant. Told to wait where I was. Given a different room (4 doors down) which was clean and a lot better than original one. Hotel needs a good makeover...it's worn out. Very busy, very reasonable price and a great swimming pool. Restaurant OK downstairs and staff helpful and friendly. Very central to the action. Not bad for a couple of nights, but longer stays....look elsewhere.

“everything is old”

it was noisy of music in midnight, so it made me stressed out.

“Not the worst, but you get what you pay for”

It is what it is, a budget hotel, stayed there after having stayed somewhere a little more up market and decided to stay on in KL a little longer. Is comparable to a high end backpackers lodge - with breakfast. Don't go in with too many expectations and you may enjoy...
