Not a very pleasant stay.

The hotel n the bts was quite a distance. Hair found on bed room with a foul smell the moment we stepped in. Staff was consider friendly but was slow in handling stuffs. Bad experience because the staff actually took shortage $ from us for our stay. They end up locking our room forfeit us from paying until we paid the shortage. I don't mind paying the shortage but I don't like the way they actually lock up our door. After a tiring day we actually wanted to have a good rest but end up running up n down cause of the locked room. What I could suggest is they should have collect the shortage from us during our checkout or you can actually deduct the balance from our credit card since you guys have our credit card number. Very bad service provided. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Disappointing

Pros: Location.
Cons: Needs a remodel.
Location: Dining in the Dark is right across the street. An excellent restaurant.
Run down. Room and bathroom were definitely not what we thought we were booking. Bathroom was particularly in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was not worth the extra cost.

The lesser said the better.dirty dingy rooms, stained curtains and bedsheets,shady characters looming around, no hint of wi fi.just avoid at all costs.

Hotel for party people

Pros: The room is spacious.
Cons: The bidet being installed not convenient.
Location: Its in Bukit Bintang
Disappointed with the conditions of the toilet in the room 11th floor, leaking. The floor always wet. The room is not sound proof. I can' t get my good night sleep as till 2am the street is still partying. Not suitable for business stay. Hotel not so bad afterall, if those love drinking to unwind, its the place.

In the middle of the town

This is a rather old hotel which I am sure had its hay days the times past. Some things like the prime location in the middle of bukit bintang doesn't change and probably gets better with time but the same thing cannot be said about the hotels infrastructure. The pathway to the rooms are narrow and dim and dingy and so depressing that the entry into an average rooms seems like a great relief. The room itself is clean the checkin and checkout procedures were a breeze the linen clean. My room opened on the the shallow overcrowded pool so the view wasn't bad. The biggest plus is the location which is very close to the food street and there are a plenty of bars in the street which may be a plus or a minus depending on which side you are in. Overall it's not a bad place for the price but i am sure there are better places around.

Felt overcharged

I specifically paid for a PREMIER executive room thinking the room will be as per the photo. But it turned out to our greatest disappointment. The room does not look like it was renovated or refurbished. I even ask the hotel personnel if the room I stayed was a PREMIER executive and he said yes. Both my hubby and myself felt so short changed. We could have stayed in a higher class hotel with the money we paid. The breakfast was also very limited and does not taste well.
