convenience is the name...add to it the comfort and service, its 1 hotel i'll always stay....the pool was gr8...the proximity to the metro train...the food...too good

“Value for money”

Considering this was a starred hotel in a capital city it was excellent value for money, staff couldn't do enough for you, breakfast buffet a delight. Will certainly go back and will seriosly consider using other Renaissance hotels.

“Would go back again”

Hotel was well situated, staff helpful and friendly. All facilities were well maintained and very clean. Pillows were a bit lumpy, but that was the only fault that could be found. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would stay there again when next in Kuala Lumpur.

“Simply fantastic for the price”

This is a very high class hotel for a three star rating. I could not believe how nice it was when we arrived. And to top it all off, we had the most amazing view of the Petronas Towers! The pool is huge, the services are great, the place is spotless. The rates were very affordable, except for the dining options which were all expensives, but the mall at the base of the towers is only a few minutes away and has a great food court and restaurants. I bet you would never get this kind of hotel for the price back home -- wherever home is.

“Will definitely stay there again”

One of the best hotels i have had the privilege to stay in, clean, comfortable and of a very high standard. The staff were friendly,polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, without a doubt.

The hotel is a good one with all the staff very courteous and helpful at all times. Services are good at the same time as well as room service is perfect. I can't resist but recommend the same hotel to my other friends and colleagues once to be there in KL. My greatful thanks to the hotel management for such a wonderful stay.

“Biggest outdoor pool in K-L.”

Stayed at hotel for two nights 30 dec- jan 1st 2012. check in took about 20mins and room still not ready at 3p staff at recepion very slow. I must say the pool was just great got to be the biggest outdoor pool in K-L. Good place to stay for twin towers and KLCC ten mins walk away. Would def stay ther again 5 star hotel in a great place.

“You MUST stay here!! Amazing!!”

Upon arriving at the main entrance we were greeted by the most friendliest staff I have ever come across! They took our suitcases straight away and we checked in, and 10 minutes later they arrived with our suitcases in our hotel room. The pool is cold, but such a nice atmosphere, the swim up bar was a personal favourite. YOU MUST get the buffet breakfast. They have the biggest variety of food! Even a chocolate fountain! I loved everything about this hotel. Next time i'm in KL, i will go back to this hotel! Location is a min walk to the monorail (which connects to all the major train lines at KL Sentral station) and about 5 mins walk to the Twin Towers. Good location! The staff were so friendly. They're always asking if we need anything or can be of assistance. And when we walked out of the hotel for a day, they would say "Keep your bag close to you and don't show anyone your passport". Everyone should stay here. Good for families, couples, friends... anyone :)
