“Extremely good value for money”

Overall, I am extremely pleased to have stayed at the Sheraton. I got a bargain of stay 3 pay 2. Hotel staff were extremely courteous and demostrate sincerity in making me feel welcomed. I am particularly pleased with fhe concept of having a barista prepare coffee at the entrance plus provision of brown-bagged crossiant for guests to take away in their morning rush. The only downside if any during my stay was the lighting in my room. Light bulb/globe in the floor-lamp kept getting fused during my last 2-3 days of stay. Light bulb in the shower and that on the wall next to room vanity mirror also fused during the last day of my stay. However, technician was very responsive when I reported the problem. Nonetheless, I wish the cleaner would have discovered the problem earlier and reported it. In conclusion, I would have no hesitation of returning if the same kind of deal is available.

The hotel is nice with very friendly crews. It has a nice gym. The price is very reasonable.

“Will Be Visiting Again”

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel benefits from free internet access for guests and an excellent spa. The location is a fair bit of a walk from KLCC and other attractions but very close to Little India, there is a monorail station just two minutes away. The rooms were spotless and well presented, with many amenities inside, we had the view of Little India, which wasn't exactly enticing but wasn't really a big concern.

“A comfortable stay in KL”

We were so impressed by the quality of this hotel. We were staying at the executive club floor. When we arrived, we were greeted by the staff in the executive lounge on 38th floor. Delicious snacks and fine wine were provided in this lounge during evenings. We arrived at the right time and enjoyed a fine cocktail refreshment. The lounge as well as our room were commanding excellent view of the city. Our room was spacious, clean, tidy and luxurious. We were welcome by messages both in written and on TV screen in our room. My two kids were staying with us, so we took a twin bed room. The bed was big enough for us so that we didn't have to add extra bed. My family thought that this is one of the best hotel he has ever stayed in and would love to go back if we visit KL again.

overall satisfaction, breadfast buffet was excellent. booked 3 executive club rooms, but only get 2 out of 3 and didn,t get the cost differences.

“Just Great”

The Hotel was fantastic, great food, we ate at Essences, and at the Italian Restaurant, really nice, the pool and the club lounge were amazing, staff was very friendly, and the room was very spacius, large and clean. Will go back in the future.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Excellent service, especially I liked the SPA. Room was good with beautiful views of twin towers. Bathroom was huge both shower and marble bath tub. Wireless internet access for reasonable price

Excellent hotel, clean, friendly helpful staff. Top notch views of the petronas towers and KL tower. Clean, lovely restaurants. Can recommend the suites - superb! Wonderfully equipped gym, top spa. Stay here if you can.
