“"Can't wait to go back"”

What a great trip.The hotel was fantastic , our room was self contained so we had all the luxury's of home. The staff were great , very helpful with anything. Great location close to everything , attractions , food , shopping. The room was very clean and modern we could not have happier. We would highly recommend this for your next business trip or holiday.

“Good for lazy holiday”

Nice place to stay. large rooms, friendly staff and good facilities. Gym is spaciious and equip, small swiming pool and sauna. Not too crowded. there are bars and restrurants nearby and even good, taste street food outside. Walking distance to Bintang and KL Tower it gives a good taste of KL without being to involved. If I were to complain would be the limited TV channels but thats being picky. Rooms are well equiped and instructions manual available. no complaints.

“Great location and comfortable stay”

Overall this hotel is a good deal for the price. I wasn't aware that this is actually a serviced apartment, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a separate kitchenette/living room attached. The staff were accomodating and friendly, and the location is great for nearby shopping and restaurants. The only downside to the hotel is the lackluster breakfast - limited selection and bad coffee.

“A good deal but...”

The Somerset Seri Bukit Ceylon is part of a chain of residential hotels in Asia; a newer hotel was recently built in Kuala Lumpur (but outside the central area). Positive: The hotel is clean, quiet, and inexpensive for a spacious one-bedroom apartment. Service is courteous and immediate. Negative: Two comments were also made by Trip Advisor readers 1. The beds are extremely hard--the first night I had trouble sleeping. When I complained the next morning they immediately put a topper on the mattress which made it bearable, but not comfortable. (If you like a hard mattress this will not be a problem). 2. The breakfast is somewhat limited--the same choices every day. But my main issue is that when we were there, there was no computer available to guests. In addition, they did not seem to be trained to perform computer tasks you would usually do yourself--we had to go to an internet cafe to print out our boarding passes. For these reasons I would probably not choose this hotel again.

“Managed Appartments”

Although this was not apparent from the web site this accommodation was in managed apartments not in a hotel. Measured as managed apartments it was not bad - but rather expensive - but it did not really measure up as a hotel.
