I like that the place is surrounded by drunkards, junkies, prostitutes, and it's acceptable poor hygiene. This place is truly and the only place that reflects the slums of Sunway City. If you want to experience the uniqueness and diversity of people staying in slums, aka experiencing slumdog millionaire in Malaysia, then stay at this hotel.

I liked the walking distance to Sunway Pyramid convention centre. I don't quite like the foods that they served around this place. Quite unhygienic and not much choice to choose from. Thank you.

worst hotel ever
It's worst hotel ever due to 1- dirty 2- No soap in bathroom 3- I checked out at 1:45 pm they charged me half day n toke the deposit, in addition to the old women receptionist talked with me in impolite way 4- They recorded in there system paid RM 0.0 to not get reward or points.

No frills motel
It was a short trip and I needed to visit someone in the neighbourhood, hence my decision to pick this hotel. The hotel is situated next to the Sunway Pyramid mall and it has everything that you might need, in terms of shopping and dining. There are also local eateries and convenience store right next door, thus food and supplies are not a problem. The hotel is rundown but as clean as it possible can be. Just be mindful that you get what you are paying for so I am not gonna complain at all. For a one night stopover (and travelling alone), with less than 18 hours in the country, this place gets the job done for me.

Great to have a budget hotel that has a working elevator and spacious room. For the money, miles better than anything in Chungking Mansion in HK.

What you pay is what you get.
The location of the hotel was good. Other than that, the facilities to the room conditions to the house-keeping were all a 'meh'. In summary, what you pay is what you get for. Don't expect anything fancy from this hotel. Then again, always remember to put up the signage (Do not disturb) onto your doorknob or else, you will waken up by surprise by the house-keeper even though you locked the door.

Location is just 1 min walks to Sunway Lagoon. Hotel is good for a quick Night Rest if u want a Day or Two Trip to Sunway and Kuala Lumpur. Price also cheap. Lobby Staff very friendly and keep asking me if there any Problem. so far none. Some may expect a 4-5 star Treatment for a motel.. come on this place is far cheaper than other places here... At night we go Sunway Piramid. later morning we enjoyed a whole day fun at Sunway Lagoon. Parking hotel reserved may full. but dont worry, just park behind this hotel. Rm 5 per day. got guys will check everything. so safe so far. thanks to those guys... Overall very good and satisfy. thanks

Acceptable and Worth for Money.
was stayed in this hotel to visit my daughter in Sunway University. Quite ok with 10-15 min walking distance. Room facilities/cleanliness is acceptable after i requested a clean room without cockroach (told them many review from website about this complaint). Welcome drink provided. Walk out from Hotel and you can smell all the indian food/ nasi kandar and surprisingly many indian restaurant around it..

The wifi was very unstable. The bed was very poor in quality, especially the headboard was detached. Aircond was not cold even at max temperature. The shower set at highest level was only able to spray so little water. I rate this motel only 1/5 stars.

A fine place close to the Lagoon
We stayed with our 18 months old baby for 4 nights. The place is ok for the price you pay. Location is perfect if you have business in Sunway Convention Centre or just want to visit one of the parks. The room was small, with no window and no toiletries supplied. But we were prepared for that. A fairly fine budget hotel. The staff at reception was very nice. Another good thing about the place is that it's in the heart of many cheap eating places where you can actually enjoy local foood (if you are in to it).
