“Really Outrageous”

The luxury of the hotel makes you feel like kings. It was really nice experience and I do suggest this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy his/her stay beside the amazing water park (Sunway Lagoon).

“GREAT Resort”

Sunway Lagoon is a great resort to enjoy a trip to Kuala Lumpur. It is a very big, very luxurious, and very fun place. try not to miss the Wild Life park. It has a huge variety of different kinds of animals from all over the world. My wife and I were on honeymoon trip for four nights there. We loved that resort. The room service is great and very clean. All their staff that we met were very friendly and prompt.

“Good choice”

My wife picked the hotel for our vacation but due to other plans falling through we ended up getting into KL a day early. We booked a room online for that night. It was not in the Pyramid part of the hotel but still was part of Sunway Lagoon. The lady at the desk upgraded us to a suite since we had to move hotels the next day. The room was excellent, if you have the extra money for the room I suggest it. The Pyramid was not as nice nor was the bed as comfortable as in the suite. But it was overall a good room. The service was excellent and they had a taxi service at the hotel making it very easy to get around. Be sure if you want to see the towers to be there by 830 am otherwise you will not get a ticket.

“Great family holiday destination!”

Staff very friendly and always willing to assist any request. The room was clean and large which helps when your travelling with young kids. The buffet breakfast had a great range to choose from and the quality of food was very high. The kids enjoyed the pool area and being next door to Sunway Lagoon amusement park was ideal for our family holiday.

“Something for all the family”

This hotel combines a theme park with a multistorey shopping centre. Included in the price of the hotel are complimentary passes to the theme park. Father and son enjoyed the theme park and mum enjoyed the shops! The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever experienced. The hotel decor is very upmarket. The pool is huge and imaginatively landscaped. The fitness centre is one of the best I have seen in a hotel and has enough gym machines to satisfy any gym junkie. One minor problem occurred with our toilet, but maintenance was up in 5 minutes to sort it out. While this hotel might be a little more expensive than other hotels we would highly recommend it for families.
