“Making things right! Crib not guaranteed :-(”

The breakfast buffet was average but convenient. There are nearby restaurants available. A complaint I had was that I asked for bottled water during the buffet and they did not tell me it cost additional money and then the staff billed me 7 ringgit (a little over $2 when I can get bottled water for 1 or 2 ringgit). Once I spoke with the manager about the situation, he gave me my money back...yeah, I know, it was only $2 and maybe I should have known better but I felt they should have aknowleged that the bottle would cost additional...I guess that is business. I was just happy, the manager at the restaurant made it right. For the rest of our stay, he went above and beyond to serve and help us out. He valued my business!!!! Any time we needed towels or any item, we simply dialed "0" on the phone and told them our need and they came within a matter of minutes. Our stay was on a Wednesday and check out was on Friday morning in April. The 6th floor pool temp was nice and the scenery on this infinity pool was with an amazing view of the city. We could see part of Patronas Twin Towers but they were hidden behind some nearby buildings. We have a 15-month old and it was great...there were three pools with different depths so we liked those options for our daughter. Our bellboy "Sun" was awesome and helpful with getting transportation. The staff at hotel were very friendly! The hotel cannot guarantee cribs...only concern.

“Swiss Garden Residences Review”

Clean, spacious and very modern rooms. Free Wi-Fi is excellent and so is the buffet breakfast. Location is great too.

“Wonderful Time”

Great location to various shopping centers and wondeful food diners. We enjoyed the tour Hop on Hop off stop is near the hotel.

“Close to the action”

Hotel is new, staff were completely overwhelmed when we checked in, anything to do with front desk took a long time. The facilities are wonderful and very nice pool area. Maybe the hotel could provide a neighborhood list ie for groceries, ATM etc. The buffet for breakfast was wonderful.

“Great value for great location”

This is a very good value option for a family. Modern and spacious apartments with very good facilities. The location is convenient, being only walking distance to both Chinatown and the Bukit Bintang tourist strip. I would recommend not eating at the hotel, as while the food was fine, there are more exciting and affordable local delicacies close by (across the road). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

suggested that meals for breakfast can be more standardized with oriental menu besides american breakfast menu. Hot water in the bath room doesnt work especially in my room 1906/south tower
