Close to the Golden TrianglePosted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: A token operated laundromat is on the 6th floor. Very handy for families. Tokens can be bought at the lobby.
Location: A few minutes walk from the Golden Triangle where food and shopping are plentiful.
This is a service apartment, not your typical hotel room. As such, you have a small refrigerator, stove top, few cooking implements, and some dining utensils. There is a separate sleeping and living areas. It is attached to the Swiss Garden Hotel by a short covered pedestrian bridge. There is a good size swimming pool, fitness center, and recreational area on the 6th floor. A total of three restaurants are present, two of them in the Hotel. The food is reasonable but expensive when compared to street hawker food stalls. Note that common areas are not air-conditioned and can be very hot and humid. Only your apartment, the lobby, and meeting rooms are cooled. The service apartment is served by metered taxis and city buses. A short walk behind the service apartment is a monorail station with connections to the subway system. A one way free shuttle is also offered to various shopping areas.

It was OKPosted Jul 15, 2014
Basically OK Room was big and value for money, and Reception allowed me to Check-in at 10AM which is commendable. However; Booking from Expedia, it said, FULL BREAKFAST so I assumed, all staying Pax will have breakfast, but at counter I had to pay extra for breakfast for Kids and cost was more than Expedia's Approximate rates for BF. . Room Aircon was not working and wasn't fixed. Washroom shower water escape was choked etc. BF was just normal with not many choice. So I will try another place next time, but overall can try this place. Location is Good and convenient.

Clean and spacious apartment for family. Good facilities for leisure and rest. Only grouse is going to nearby Bernard time square is inconvenient by foot due to major road/mrt construction.

Good hotel bad servicePosted May 18, 2014
The hotel is good. Located very close to shopping and eateries. But the service is a big let down. Our luggage took about 45 mins to get to oue room. An extra towel takes 20 mins to come.

Nice Hotel - Close walking distance to jalan alorPosted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: Everything was generally good
Cons: Speed of lifts
Location: Jalan Alor within walking distance which is the best part of KL
Overall very happy with trip. Swiss Garden Residence had a great room with a nice view, Great breakfast and the pool area looking over the city was beautiful.
