Great Location and Decent place to stayPosted Apr 22, 2014
The location si awesome.. the happening places ni Bukit Bintang, eating places pubs, shopping malls, Masjid area access for south indian food etc.. KL tower, PETRONAS.. all of them are close by and most of them are a walking distance away. The rooms are spacious and well lit... Internet was great - Choose a I Room - you pay a little extra but get fibre to the room with a dedicated router. Two things could be better - the carpet cleanliness. they are stained. the kitchen utensils - most of them are worn out and cannot be used..

Location, spacious and great ratesPosted Apr 16, 2014
This hotel would have been the most grandest if it's time. Our suite was huge, everything was quite grand. The staff were lovely. The location was just perfect. Walking distance with two kids in strollers to great food places, Petronis towers, shopping centres and other tourist places. For what you pay, you can't beat it. And we had a great babysitter from the hotel so we got to really enjoy the bars literally around the corner from the hotel. The hotel does need some updating cosmetically but the feel of the place is special.

Pros: very large rooms
Cons: Carpets, overall ambience of the rooms
Location: Close to the KL towers and the twin towers - so quite a convenient and handy location.
We stayed there twice in a space of a week - 1st time was a disapointing - the carpets had stains. rooms though were quite large and is good for big families. the 2nd time we got a much better room - and the carpets were good. overall an average hotel - general tidiness etc.

Large, old apartment close to Menara TowerPosted Dec 12, 2013
Pros: Large apartment with 3 bathrooms with its own laundry & a fully equipped kitchen (which we didn't use as there was no reason to cook in KL).
Cons: The hotel was in desperate need of a renovation. Old, dated & worn-out furniture. Water didn't drain properly in showers, laundry, washing sinks
Location: A few minutes walk to the Menara Tower and within 10-minute walk to Jalan Alor which went through many pubs.
We stayed in a 2-bedroom superior suite from 07/Dec/13 to 11/Dec/13. It was a huge apartment with ensuite to each bedroom & a spare bathroom, plus a study. There were 3 balconies providing good view of the city & the towers The hotel staff were very helpful & eager to help. There was a gym & a large indoor swimming pool. The gym equipment was OK. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked good The main negative point was that the hotel was so old & poorly maintained with very dated furniture. Somehow, water drained very slowly in all the showers, bathtub, washing sinks. Whenever we turned on the washing machine, water would pool up on the laundry floor. Regardless of whatever we tried when having a shower in the main bedroom ensuite, water always pooled up on the bathroom floor & stayed there until the next housekeeping cycle. There were air conds throughout the apartment and they were so noisy that we had to occasionally switch off some of them to reduce the noise in the main bedroom & study area. Internet access was a chargeable item, therefore we did use it. If you are after a large apartment (not a 4-star hotel) & prepared to put up with the above negative points, then it would be OK. The sheer size of the apartment & the view from its balconies may offset the drawbacks. It's certainly not a 4-star hotel

Nice place to live, it's very datedPosted Nov 1, 2013
Pros: Size of the rooms and tall ceilings
Cons: The full thing needs to be updated, it s looking tired
Location: It's a great location, virtually every thing in the city is walkable distance or has a bus from your doorstep, very convenient location
The rooms are spacious, and it's in a good location. It needs a big renovation and updating. The staff are helpful .

Room is good, but Service is low.Posted Aug 12, 2013
The advantages are the wide spaces and rooms and the kitchen in a room. It was convenient for a family like us. On the other hand the disadvantage was that though we asked the staff to repair or replace the hair dryer in the room 'three times' since it was broken, they had not sorted it out and ignored our request. Also though we stayed two nights, the bed sheets had not been replaced though it became dirty and we put some tips. Regards.

CleanPosted Apr 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The bad; Very old and worn down interior, it seems to be from 70-80s, and its well used. Kinda tricky to locate The good; -Fastest checkin and checkout I ever had -Very friendly staff, not like other hotels we stayed on in the area -Large apartments with kitchen and three bathrooms -Very affordable price All in all a pleasant stay

Fantastic location to bring friends togetherPosted Apr 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel appears to be an old condo building that was converted. The rooms are ENORMOUS and provide a great value for the price. The location is perfect as it is close to the action. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with a large group of people.
