“Most comfortable stay at the Ritz Carlton KL!!”

See review above. Everything at the Ritz Carlton KL is luxirious and most comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel are gracious and welcoming. The dinning experiences (Chinese dinner, buffet breakfast) are most satisfying and fantastic. The location of the hotel is most convenient to shopping, dinning, and business. We love this hotel very much and want to go back to stay there right away!! Most highly recommended!!

Great service, great rooms, nice location just a block from the heart of Orchard Road shopping and close to the subway, I couldn't have picked a nicer hotel. The hotel is connected to the Starhill Gallery, an upscale mall that seems a bit empty, because no one can afford anything there. However, check out the lower floor where there are about a dozen high-end restaurants all interconnected. I recommend the Korean BBQ.

“Wonderful restful oasis in a very busy city!”

We would happily return to this hotel again and again. The location was central, the staff were kind and helpful and the rooms were spacious and beautifully presented with large clean comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. My family will be visiting this hotel again as soon as possible.

Our stay here was excellent...large room, comfortable clean bed, and they even assigned us a butler who gave us fresh orange juice and brownies (after a day of walking in the heat nice little refreshment). Overall very satisfied and would return...breakfast was nice--everything about this hotel is professional. Note to tourists: found that the cabs painted white and red (national taxi colours) are very economical compared to some of the other taxis which can charge double.--make sure your trip is on meter rate. Great, safe country to visit--I was really amazed!!

“Pure luxury, Malaysia's best by a mile”

I stayed in one of the KL Ritz's Residences which is a spacious 1 bedroom suite/apartment. Beautifully furnished and boasting separate lounge, study, kitchen, dressing room and two bathrooms as well as gorgeous bedroom. Butler service is also provided and access to Spa facilities and two swimming pools is unusual for such a centrally located hotel. The only place I will stay when in KL, simply superb.

Great hotel with excellent standard of service and quality! Rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and well maintaned. Staff are well trained and helpful. The hotel is attached to a high class shopping mall and is surrounded by cafe's, bars and restaurants! Great location!
