“Fantastic Bargain Hotel in Kusadasi”

The hotel was very affordable, and the price also included breakfast and dinner! They offered a huge buffet for both breakfast and dinner so there was something for everyone, including my picky kids. There was an open-air restaurant in front of the hotel, and at nighttime they had live entertainment which was quite good. The hotel is located directly in front of the beach but my kids mostly enjoyed the rooftop pool. The staff at Atinc was superb. They were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to be kind to my 2 kids, ages 14 and 15. This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Atinc and we highly recommend it to anyone who goes to Kusadasi.

The Atinc Hotel was very centrally located in Kusadasi, with clean rooms, a very clean roof top pool with harbor views and a decent restaurant downstairs. The breakfast included in the room rate was a very good spread of food selections from eggs, to meats, to cereal. The rooms on the street/water side can be a bit noisey, but if your AC works well you won't even hear it.

The location is superb. There is no question about it. The price we got through Expedia (last minute and booking 5 rooms) was also perfect for the Hotel amenities. However, we all wondered why the Hotel got 4 starts. The room are clean, it says non smoking everywhere but in the hallways it always smells like smoke, the carpet and the furniture in the rooms definitely needs to be replaced The service you get from the front desk is all the contrary of a friendly 4star Hotel. The staff lacked friendliness big time. Maybe it is because the don't speak well English and their culture makes them come across rude and VERY unfriendly. I strongly hope that they will change the approach on how they talk to their guests, in the end we are paying to stay there. Also: the "business center" which consisted of one computer in the Lobby was broken whenever we needed it. And: the Hotel forbids to bring water from outside the Hotel to the Rooms. If a Hotel wants to make you buy their water they should offer water bottles at the same price as one can buy it at a grocery store. I completely understand that they don't want food to be brought in, but water that doesn't even make stains... that is unacceptable!! We recommend the Hotel only for its view. Having been there several days we know that there are other Hotels with the same view. The lack of friendliness and the water issue definitely will make us choose a different Hotel in the future.
