the entire staff was absolutely amazing. the homemade breakfast was delicious. Turkish coffee was wonderful. our luggage was lost for 3 days and the staff took us to the airport 2 times to help us locate and retrieve our luggage.we also had Omar for an entire day take us on a tour of the city. the entire staff sang happy birthday to my hubby. the care and friendliness of the hotel is nothing like we have ever experienced before. one of the best experiences of our travel lives

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel. Close proximity to the pier. The rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were modern and immaculate. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again

It’s sit on the hill so you get a good view of the harbour. Owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is large with renovated bathroom. I like the balcony that you can sit out and full out. Also it has its own pool. Only down side is it’s near to the bars. So on Saturday night it get noisy.

Recently quite well renovated. Very friendly helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Bit worried about the water from the shower going all over the bathroom floor. It slopes away from the drain and the screen is not big enough.

Beautiful sea view from the room. Breakfast was excellent, friendly and helpful staffs. Only the back entrance to drop luggages, the road was bumpy and not easily accessable. Hopefully the next time we come again the road is tarred.

Room with a view
It is a family run place, the owners are very warm welcoming people. Room and the washroom was neat and clean. Excellent breakfast at the hotel and a lot of food options at walking distance. It is right at the beach so the whole area is very nice for taking a stroll. View from the room is amazing, enjoyed the sunset and sunrise sitting in the balcony. We had a very nice time

Lovely little gem of a hotel.
Just had a lovely 2 week stay at this gem of a hotel. Hassan and his staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble, turkish breakfast lovely, was upgraded to a superior room where the views were fantastic. Highly recommended, will be back.

From the very first moment I walked through the doors of Stella, the staff have made me feel as though I am their only guest. The kindness and attention to detail is second to none. The rooms are all ocean view and everything is great. The breakfast is typical Turkish but fresh and sufficient. Even though an elevator to the room would be ideal, there are only a few flights to traverse. Thank you to my new family and friends!

Nice hotel with an amazing view and wonderful service. I can’t stress enough how delightful the people that run this place are. Which is why I hate to leave a less than stellar review. But at the end of the day, the purpose of a hotel is to get a good nights rest. And that was not possible. Honestly, I’m quite surprised that more people are not mentioning the music outside the hotel. We stayed four nights. When a band started playing on the main strip outside the hotel on night one, I thought “oh cool, live music tonight!”. When that music didn’t stop until midnight, I thought “well it’s a Saturday, I’ll get better sleep tomorrow”. Fast forward to night number two. Right on cue at 7:30pm, the band starts to play again. My girlfriend and I looked at each other with surprise and said “on a Sunday?!”. We thought we were in the clear by Monday, but we were wrong to assume. Tuesday was the same. So basically, unless we happened upon a week long music festival, there will be loud music playing outside your window every single night. Let me be clear… this is not slightly loud, in the distance, kind of a nuisance type of music. This is

We are trying to do our best to give the best service to all of guests in our hotel. we are located right in the town centre and there are hundreds cafes, restaurants and bars arround us. Some of the does live music and some of them does nothing. as the rules are allowed in Turkey you are able to do a live music till 00:00 and after that you are not able, like they stop at 00:00. So this point is not belong to us.

Amazing hotel and staff, Hassan and Sofia and all the staff really helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious and super clean, and the sea views both daytime and in the evening are incredible. Breakfast was very relaxed and lovely. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were indeed helpful and tried to find a new room somewhere else, but I was on the road and could not see the substitute myself, so I did not accept. Wifi extremely poor, no drinking water provide unless you paid for it. No food and drink to be bought into tour rooms? So does that include purchased water? . Reception closes early and dining area / common area too. So where can you sit and have a drink? Understand it’s s private home/hotel but so many restrictions. No tea & coffee facilities, fresh water , simple things go a long way . Hair dryer didn’t work and wasnt fixed, shower nozzle broken had to be hand held. Manager spent way too much time on arrival on upselling taxi and tours and has forgotten about basics comforts.

Our prices are unbeatable and we do the service for the good price, we do not make shows with the waters or drinks in the rooms.all rooms has balcony and and nobody stops you to spend time there, also all our customers are free to bring their food and drinks and everybody DOES!! we do not serve kettle in the rooms and when you are booking you can not see that we do advertise our hotel that we do serve kettle, so you can not complain about this. In the rooms things can be broken by customers like you, but as soon as you tell us, we are fixing them but without announcing us, how can we know about it? And we are having customers like you during the year 5-10 times and there is no way to make you satisfied. Thank you

I liked the fact that all the rooms face the sea and that there were only about 20 of them so it wasn't too crowded for breakfast or at the pool. The biggest thing to note is that although there is a lift it only gets you from the street near the sea front to the pool level which is at the bottom of the hotel, from then on it's stairs only. Rooms were modern and had balconies. Staff were good - Hasan, Alex and the rest.

Fantastic hotel, breakfast was great with a buffet to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony with a fabulous view over the sea and we woke up to two cruise ships outside. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area is well-maintained, there were lots of sun loungers. Great value stay located five minutes from the centre of Kusadasi.

A Little Gem
The Stella hotel is a family hotel run by Hasan. Hasan,Alex and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and informative, and nothing was too much trouble during our stay. Hasan gave us a guided tour of the hotel when we arrived and told us a lot of information about the area and things we could do he also recommended places to eat. A most enjoyable stay for the reasonable price we payed, we will definitely use this hotel again. ( The only minor disadvantage is there are 2 flights of stairs from street level into a small lift which takes you to the pool level then there are 5 floors in the hotel without a lift at the moment. ) which is compensated with an amazing view of the the harbour area from every room.
