If you want to avoid stress don't go there!

Pros: -
Cons: staff attitude, facilities
Location: close to the sea, nothing special
The hotel was advertised on Expedia that it has roof top terrace (it does not have), that it has a sauna (it does not have) that it has a swimming pool (it was under maintenance for 3 months now so it was not available). I booked a room with king size bed and they did not have it available, only with twin bed and it took for 2 days for them to change to a king size. I also booked an airport transfer with them (advertised as complimentary). When I arrived to Kuwait after midnight no one was there with my name or the hotel’s sheet. I called over 10 times the hotel. The receptionist sent me to in front of various shops, than sent me outside, than back inside, always made promises that the driver will be there in 2-3 minutes. After 45 minutes I gave up and I went to the hotel with a taxi. Next day I figured out that no drive was at the airport as due to a drunk passenger he was taken to the police?! I paid £20 to the taxi driver and spent another £20 at least on the phone calls as the roaming fees are not particularly cheap in Kuwait.
