We stayed here 1 night for a stop over on our trip...room/hotel amazing...large room/bathroom...amazing views...all comforts taken care of ie tv..kettle..bathrobes..toiletries...we cant recommend this place enough...vvvv clean and staff where all amazing..friendly and professional...breakfast was one of the best we had on this 3 week trip...highly recommend....parking free also if available or 10 euros if not.

This is a beautiful facility. Confident to everything (if you don’t mind walking on a few dangerously narrow streets. But the property is so lovely, why would you want to go anywhere but the beach across the street.

The hotel has a nice location near a beautiful coast park. Great service and beautiful room views. Breakfast was excellent. Visitors can walk from Lovran to the next city along the coast. It is very beautiful and quiet.

We love the size of our room with the sitting area and the solid concrete balcony. Now if the weather had just been better ;) Regardless of the the weather, we loved this accommodation. The breakfast was excellent as well.

Simply gorgeous hotel with spacious rooms and wonderful walkway along the Adriatic Sea to close by dinner spots. Fabulous staff and great breakfast buffet. The rooms had beautiful views and were very lovely.

Beautiful area!
Enjoyed our stay. Heat was on in the rooms and the temperature was 20. So we could not use air conditioner and kept windows open. Had it kill some bugs as a result! Room7 was very spacious. Front rooms of hotel are subject to noise of road traffic ( they are the most expensive). Staff was very quick in servicing our room.. breakfast was good. Extremely difficult to find signage and parking area at night. Had to double back to find it. They need signs with illumination.

"Simply the Best!"
We loved the whole experience of staying in this warm and welcoming Hotel. Everything was a very high standard, beautiful spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed, private little deck with a view of the sea! The staff were always helpful and polite, and the Wellness Centre for a massage was 'simply the best!' The breakfast was more than adequate and we loved the fact the coastal walkway was just across the road. We would love to stay here again and again and again!!

Very nice villa with super spacious rooms
We stayed in Villa Eugenia in the End of October, which is completely out of season so there is not much to do in Lovran. So we were hoping to get some sauna and spa treatment but unfortunatelly everything was booked at the time we arrived. Since we only stayed for 1 night, that was not a big disaster. Room very spacious (we had 1st floor, seaview) with super lovely bathroom. Dining room is very modern, breakfast was ok, I just missed some eggs (but they had a variety of cheese, also pasta with shrimpfs, cereals, lots of fruits...).

Exceptional service with a smile
We had a lovely stay with our family of five at hotel Eugenia. The service was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to satisfy our needs for extra beds, even though we hadn't booked them in advance. The hotel is clean and in top condition and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we encountered in Croatia. I would highly recommend this hotel for those planning to stay in the holiday resort region of Croatia.

Hoteal Villa Eugenia in Lovely Lovran
We were very pleasantly surprised at this wonderful hotel. The location along the Kvarner Gulf was so beautiful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very helpful in getting us oriented to the area (since we had only one day in Lovran). The rooms were clean, well appointed, and ample space for luggage. Our room had a bathroom with robe and slippers. Breakfast was wonderful with champagne!!! My only disappointment was not having a large window for the water view. There was a smaller window with a sitting area where you could step up to see the water. Otherwise, it was a very lovely place, and I recommend it.

Excellent Hotel
We had an enjoyable time at Villa Eugenie. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast very generous and a huge variety of food on offer. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been appreciated. We would most definitely recommend the hotel. The location is excellent and plenty of parking is available.

Great place in Zadar
We loved this place due primarily to the outstanding service of the staff. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good time and got to where we wanted to visit. Our studio was on the top floor and was easy to get to in this 15 room hotel due to the elevators. The breakfast was limited in selection but was spot on with respect to serving us a full breakfast. Private parking behind the hotel was a plus in this town with limited parking. It was right cross from the Luna Mare walk which we loved to do. The only small recombination would be for them to have "beach towels" for those that want to swim in the Adriatic.

Großes, bequemes Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick inkl tollem Balkon; wird aber leider wie alles etwas vermiest, weil das Hotel direkt an der Hauptverkehr-Straße liegt. Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, den Gastgarten durften wir dazu nicht benutzen. Der hauseigene Parkplatz kostet ziemlich frech einfach 10 Euro am Tag. Insgesamt okay, aber weit weg von den Fotos oder den überschwengligen Bewertungen.
