The only complaint I have about your beautiful property was the WIFI signal was weak. I could not use the WIFI at all for any of my devices. Other than that it was perfect!

The room is spacious and very clean. The restaurant Royal Host is right opposite the hotel with very delicious foods but cheap price so that's a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Close to the bus stops which made it easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are okay but the room was very disappointing due to the restroom condition. The bathroom was not very clean and smelled of urine.

Loved our stay. The staff were amazing. The hotel is huge, clean and spacious and the restaurants were most accommodating to our large group. The laundromat is a short walk down the street and the free shuttle bus to and from the main station was a fantastic service.

My experience at Kyoto Tokyu Hotel during 12/23-12/27 was great! They offers shuttle bus between Kyoto station and the hotel every 30 minutes. The shuttle bus helped us to go to not only the hotel, we used to access to trains for going to places from the Kyoto station and back to the hotel at evening. The hotel is located in convenient place, 10 minutes from the station and bus stops. My favorite part of the stay was breakfast buffet; they had everything what I wanted. Staff were very helpful. I would love to stay again if I have a chance to go there.

During check in they gave me hard time with struggling with room and number of guests. I had double twin bed for three people. They did not accept 3rd person until I uploaded the reservation. They even charged for Kid's breakfast, and their excuse is the booking includes breakfast just for two adults! Unbelievable. When I reserved, I selected the room with breakfast (not just adults).

Well maintained hotel in Kyoto. Excellent breakfast options with separate Japanese and buffet restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus to train station is nice but schedules go out the window with traffic delays.

Overall great stay. Good customer service too their staff speak good English. The best part is the free shuttle bus from Kyoto station to the hotel and vice versa throughout the day. The only thing is the space between my bed wall has a used tissue and a toenail on the floor from the previous guest which is gross. Other than that everything is great and i’ll come back for sure.

Shuttle service to Kyoto station was very useful. Concierge was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on places of interests and transport. Room was good sized and functional. Comfy bed. Small bathroom though. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

Kyoto mainly has bus routes rather than subways like Tokyo. Hotel offers shuttle to Kyoto station but there are bus stops within 5 minute walk. Hotel next to a giant temple that was very quiet during mid day which was very pleasant. Rooms were modern, clean and staff are very attentive

Great value for the price. Somewhat close to tourist sites. 20 to 30 min walking. Taxi or bus recomended. Free shuttle to Kyoto train Station. Hotel Restaraunts are expensive. Royal Host restaraunt right across the street very reasonable. No shopping very close.

Lovely staff especially the bellhop/taxi callers. One of them ran out in the rain trying to call a taxi for us and ran back. Went above and beyond. The room was nice and spacious but the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. Found 2 foreign hairs in our bathroom and was disgusted but it was 11:30pm by the time we checked in and decided to clean up ourselves. hotel itself is nice and clean but just the bathroom and bed that was disappointing.

It's a little bit of a walk to get to the nearest bus stop or station but the hotel itself was lovely to stay in. Rooms were clean and the staff were very kind.

The hotel was brilliant. It provides free shuttle bus service from Kyoto train station to the hotel and vice versa on a half hourly basis. That worked out well for me to catch either the JR train, shinkansen and Kyoto subway to touristy places.
