clean and comfortable, close to beachPosted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: Courteous and welcoming staff. Rooms clean and spacious. Quiet area but eating places nearby, though hotel food good.
Cons: Empty office facility at far end of hotel makes the area look neglected until you reach the hotel itself.
Location: Quiet location, close to pleasant sandy beach and walks. Parks, aquarium and lighthouse in A Coruna. Tapas and other eating places not far away.
Welcoming and helpful staff, breakfast plentiful buffet style. Peaceful location, car would be useful but bus stop for A Coruna nearby. Sandy, clean beach nearby. Visit lighthouse, via pleasant promenade in A Coruna, and try the segways.

Very spacious and comfortable room, nice kitchen.Posted Nov 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
We liked that there was a good market within walking distance, and a small but fully functional kitchen. There was also a bar and restaurant on site. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, and very quiet. The neighborhood is mostly a modern and residential neighborhood, but it is close to the beach and to a castle on the shoreline in downtown Olieros. We went walking here, and also went hiking on the shoreline near the Mera Lighthouse. We stopped for two nights but wound up staying for five.

Definitely go backPosted Oct 6, 2011
We have stayed in quite a few different hotels in Coruna, but this was the best value. We picked this one partly becuase it had kitchen facilities. It had a separate kitchen with full size oven and fridge. The utensils, crockery etc. were supplied free of charge but you had to request them. The beach was near enough to walk to, although down a hill. It is not the most luxurious of hotels, but the room was spacious and clean and comfortable. It was very good value and we would stay there again..

Can't wait to go backPosted Sep 2, 2009
Hotel personel were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Hotel was centrally located to major attractions, airport and businesses - most within a short walk. The hotels restaurant operated on european hours, open for breakfast/buffet at 8am and 9 pm for dinner.

Port in a stormPosted Sep 20, 2008
Minimalist but very clean spacious rooms and staff spoke English. Need to pay extra to use kitchen facilities,(we didn't require them) otherwise everything provided, fridge, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo etc. Large supermarket round the corner. Downside - no outside sitting area - eg roof terrace or garden.
