Good parking, easy location, good staff.Posted Aug 1, 2014
Food was a little expensive, and the kitchen is not 24 x 7, but otherwise all facilities were very good and it was in a handy location. Staff were excellent, and it is an easy trip to the airport by car.

Comfortable clean and modernPosted Jun 7, 2014
Hard to find. Directly across from stadium. Big place. A long walk to center it's almost 4 miles. We had a rental car, hotel charged for parking. €17 a day. There is no street parking in the immediate area. It was very comfortable quiet and clean.

Usual Eurostars standardPosted Apr 30, 2014
Pros: The hotel was clean and modern, staff friendly and helpful like only Spanish people can be.
Cons: For English people tea making facilities is a must in a hotel. The beds are below standard.
Location: The location was Good? A seven euro taxi ride from the train station. The nearby number six bus took us to the historical centre for one euro each.
Stayed 3 nights to eat the local food and attended mass on two different days and was fascinated with the Botafumeiro swinging wildly from one end of the cathedral to the other.

Great hotel excellently locatedPosted Nov 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good service, friendly staff, restaurants and a huge shopping centre within a shirt walk. Wonderful valley views. Free covered parking. Near access to bus to central Santiago. Right near the Pilgrimage route to the basilica. Only negative: very hard mattresses on the beds (reason rating for rooms down). Worth the four stars.

Excellent location and things to do in the area. Staff was very helpful and spoke passable English. Would stay again when I am back in Spain.

Great hotel, OK locationPosted Sep 27, 2013
Stayed here twice in 2 weeks - both ends of a trip to La Toja. Easy access from airport via bus (3 euro one way) which has a bus stop on Rua San Lazaro (2 min walk from hotel). Alternative is taxi with fixed price of 21 euro. Room light and 'air'y with most amenities (no coffee machine nor clothes iron). Very clean room, great bed. Floors were wood laminate so a bit noisy if neighbours wearing heels. Walls a bit on the thin side. Excellent breakfast (just under 11 euro) with very good food selection. Didn't eat at hotel for dinner as there are several restaurants on San Lazaro. Access to town centre is easy, with #6 bus stop also on San Lazaro (1 euro). Front desk staff very helpful and polite and multi- lingual.
