Comfortable stay in Santiago!
The staff is friendly and “motherly”. The bed was very comfortable, nice shower and bath. I like this area of Santiago- close enough to the Cathedral, but quiet, shops, restaurants, fruit markets are in the immediate area.

Stop # 1 on the Camino Francais
Everything was good--the camaraderie among travelers, the location, the comfort, and the food. However, the check-in clerk, a woman, was often rude to customers, altho' fortunately, I did not personally experience it. I just observed it when others, who struggled with a foreign language, did not always uderstand what she was talking about.

Perfect stay, great ambience, comfortable, small room but standard EURO size. It was a perfect location, as the action was just outside.

Nice basic hotel with minimal service.
It got the job done. Well maintained, older hotel in a great location. Old Town is up the block, laundromat is around the corner, and Airport bus stop are nearby. Not sure if breakfast was offered, I left early each day I was there and the front desk didn't say anything. Front desk people were so-so, nothing memorable. Would I stay here again? Sure, but only if my budget were tight.

very good location
The room was on the topfloor, an attic kind of location. For me, as I was on my own ok for for 2 people: too small/tight. Room/bathroom very clean. Desk personal and breakfast ok-ish. Good value though especailly for the location. I would go there again and will not go for the breakfast.

Small, clean and friendly!
We chose this hotel for it's convenient position and good value. We were in Santiago de Compostela for feria so the location was brilliant. Close enough to be handy but far enough to escape the hectic crowds and noise. The hotel is small, maybe outdated but clean. Breakfast was totally adequate for our needs - cereals, yoghurt, toast, assorted breads and pastries. We would go back to the Horreo.

Ubicación, ubicación y ubicación
Un hotel pequeñito, pero acogedor. Las habitaciones tienen un encanto especial, el servicio es inmejorable, te dan una asesoría completa para tu visita, hasta con tours gratuitos, todo super especial. He estado en muchos hoteles, pero este hotel se diferencia notablemente por el trato tan especial que te brindan. Las habitaciones que me otorgaron eran las del 5to. nivel y era como estar en un apartamento, sumamente limpias y espaciosas con A/C y todo lo que encuentras en los hoteles, tres TVs, etc. Otra cosa es la ubicación, estas a un paso de la estación de tren y a un paso del centro, tienes todo lo que desees a un paso. Si volviera a ir definitivamente sería a este hotel, muchas gracias por todo Judith.

visite éclaire avec 2 nuits dans l’hôtel, tour de ville visite des monuments et échoppes, un restaurant comme il n'en existe plus de nos jours que je vous recommande le gatto negro ( le chat noir ) pas d'assiette, pas de verres, pas de chaises, une fille d'attente. mais le régale typique a la fin d'une cuisine du terroir. des tabourets et des petit bol comme un retour en arrière de 80 ans. prenez le temps aussi de parcourir jusqu'au extrémité de la ville ancienne car vous pourriez être surpris par des petite merveille caché, comme un jardin ombragé dans le quel vous pourrez boire un café au autre selon.

Hola, lamento mi tardía respuesta, estamos muy apenados de que no pudieran dormir por el ruido de la lluvia en el atico, la gente suele querer esa habitación porque es muy tranquila y no se escuchan ruidos, ruego que nos disculpen porque no les haya agradado la estancia con nosotros. Luchamos por mejorar Un saludo

Fue excelente nuestra estancia. Lo recomiendo. La atencion, la Limpieza, y lo centrico del hotel esta a escasos metros de la catedral. La parada de autobus Muy cerca. Y el desayuno del hotel economico y Muy bien para el precio. Los invito a quedarse en este hotel.

El hotel cumplió nuestras expectattivas. Bien situado. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron extremadamente amables. Quizás la única "pega" sería que la habitación no parecía haber estado bien ventilada, pero cuando logramos abrir los balcones, se aireó. Recomendable para el tipo de viaje que hicimos. Buen valor por el precio pagado.

Estuvimos mi marido y yo dos días, la habitación grande y limpia. La atención buena, el desayuno bufet suficiente y bueno.

Heel acceptabel stadshotel
Het hotel ligt in een stadsstraat in een goede buurt met diverse parkeergarages binnen loopafstand. Supermarkt en kleinere winkeltjes zijn ook dichtbij en het oude centrum van Santiago is tien minuten lopen. Hoewel een uur of twee 'te vroeg' konden we meteen op onze kamer terecht. We moesten bij aankomst betalen. De hotelier bracht onze koffer naar boven en we mochten een mes lenen. De kamer lag rustig aan de achterkant van het hotel en bleek als extra een groot balkon te hebben (1 extra punt voor comfort). De kamer en badkamer waren schoon, maar het beddengoed rook niet echt fris. Qua ambiance een zeer eenvoudig hotel, hetzelfde geldt voor het ontbijt. Niet slecht voor de prijs.

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Schnell waren alle wichtigen Ziele erreicht. Die Kathedrale der Bus zum Flughafen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhälnis war gut. Würde es wieder buchen.
