Thank you!Posted Oct 14, 2014
We gave our son a gift of a night at the hotel as a gift after he completed his pilgrimage. He was so very happy with the accommodation and very appreciative. Once again I would like to thank the Expedia representative who went above and beyond to find a hotel that would accept our payment from the U.S.

Pros: Comfort,location, value for money.
Excellent hotel within 10 mins walking distance from the centre. Very friendly and responsive staff. Nice pools and excellent breakfast. Be sure to use the buzzers at the lobby bar to get service which was prompt..

Perfectly fine, butPosted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: clean, professional staff, good facilities
Location: Also - though short walk to historic district - we felt "out of it" as hotel's location.
Found the hotel itself to be rather nice, but for us was a bit large and almost too business oriented. Also - though short walk to historic district - we felt "out of it" as hotel's location.

Very comfortable hotel in a park near the center.Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Rooms and the free convenient parking.
Location: 10-15 minute leisurely walk to the center.
Generously-sized, well-equipped and appointed rooms in a sprawling park-like setting reasonably near the center. Good choice for those who do not need to be at the city center.

Very close to our meetingsPosted Jul 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
Excellent. A little away from the city center, but close enough to walk. Very nice staff, good food, super comfortable bed ... And next to the place I needed to be.

Excellent hotel within 15 minute walk of old cityPosted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: Quiet location, friendly staff and it was extremely clean and comfortable.
Location: In a quiet leafy location within a pleasant 15 minute walk from city which enabled us to have plenty of time to explore Cathedral and medieval city.
We had an extremely comfortable stay and all the staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt we were very well looked after.

Very good value, pity about the wifiPosted Jun 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Excellent value stay at this hotel. Great value for money. Rooms, services, pool and breakfast all great. Wifi service wasn't great. Coverage poor, charging too much, paid for service at a wired pc was very slow. Wifi was included in every other hotel I have been at in the last 2 years.

Good value, a 15 minute walk from the centrePosted Jun 11, 2014
Pros: Clean rooms, space, swimming pool.
Cons: More staff of an evening to serve at the bar.
Location: Nothing in the immediate vicinity but the historic centre was within a 15 min walk.
Met well by Carla on reception, who having worked in London for a number of years had excellent English. Welcoming communal areas, indoor swimming pool and gym decent. Wedding on Saturday night meant the bar staff, Estoban, who was working very hard was unable to service the guests in the bar. Good sized room. Breakfast a bit pricey at €14.50 but lots of choice. There weren't any food or drink places close by, but the centre is only a 15 minute walk away.

Nice hotel, short walk into Santiago de CompostelaPosted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable room, good breakfast and good facilities.
Location: 10 minutes walk into the historic centre of Santiago de Compostela, where The catherdral is the main attraction and well worth a visit.
We booked this hotel after walking the last stage of the Camino into Santiago de Compostela. We chose it because we wanted a bit of luxury after the walk. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre and in a nice quiet location. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and of a good standard. The outdoor swimming pool was closed when we stayed but we knew this as it was too early in the season. However, there was a nice indoor pool, with a steam room and sauna nearby. Although We did not use it, there was also a good gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
